Dear Starseed,
There is an old story that has been spoken about for at least a few thousand years.
The story that humanity was cast out of the Garden of Eden and cursed because Eve was seduced by the serpent and in turn she then seduced Adam to eat from the tree of good and evil.
Adam and Eve were then cast out and from that moment all kinds of problems occurred for humanity.
Now this story is of course part fiction but it also holds a thread of metaphorical truth.
This of course makes it all the more deceptive and destructive perhaps in the hands of those who seek to control humanity,
Religion.
The original Garden of Eden was Lemuria and humanity chose to experience leaving the Garden and this was a 5D experience to begin the slow descent into 4D.
After time another Garden of Eden eventually formed in Atlantis and after time this Garden also came to an end and humanity was cast out more dramatically into a lower 3D vibrational experience.
Fast forward,
Here we are at this time of ascension where there is the ignition of a new age of light and a slow return to the Garden of Eden.
You chose this descent into this dense realm in order for you to bring a greater light into darkness.
As you do this you learn how to master its density and gravity.
The descent into 3D was nothing more than a bad dream and now it is time to wake up.
It is time to re-enter the Garden.
It is time to return to 5D consciousness.
This planet is shifting from darkness to light and it is now time to remember your very essence is light.
Your very essence is love.
Your very essence is sacred connection with the divine.
There is a divine 5D blueprint within you waiting to rise to consciousness.
We are collectively shifting away from a 3D blueprint to a 5D blueprint.
In Kabbalah this 5D blueprint has been called the Adam-Kadmon,
The divine human containing pure potential,
Divine light beyond form.
In the Kabbalistic tree of life Adam-Kadmon corresponds to Keter,
The crown chakra,
The divine will that motivates creation.
This new blueprint concerns your DNA,
The activation of all 12 strands within your DNA,
The recalibration of all so-called junk material within the DNA.
This new blueprint concerns the activation of all 12 chakras and the unification of all 12 chakras.
Some of these are in the body and some beyond the body.
It concerns the awakening of new chakras such as the higher heart and the world of dreams.
You are moving from a carbon based body to a crystalline based body.
This 5D blueprint is activating now in starseeds first and foremost those who are actively seeking this blessing.
The key to activating your divine 5D blueprint is twofold.
Firstly it's about embracing the descending light,
Connecting to your higher self guides and angels.
There is so much light impacting the planet now,
There is so much assistance.
Secondly it's about embodiment,
Meaning there is no other choice but to fully inhabit and love your body.
For your body could be considered the magic vessel,
The magic wand that holds and appropriately channels your innermost light.
Your body enables you to channel the ascending light from Gaia.
If you are not in your body then you cannot fully open to both the descending and the ascending light.
Both are needed.
Many starseeds are more connected to the cosmic christ grid,
The descending light and struggle to be fully embodied here on earth and feel less connected to the ascending light.
You must learn to love pebbles and sand and sea and flowers and butterflies and trees and sunrise.
Do things that nourish the body.
Hugging on a daily basis would be a great daily practice.

My advice to you this day is send love and appreciation to your body.
Send love and appreciation to your body consciousness that resides in the sacral centre.
Maybe even place a hand on your sacral and channel love to your body consciousness on a daily basis.
Let your body know that the time of darkness on the earth is coming to an end.
Ask for your body consciousnesses help in embracing the ascending light and the descending light.
Ask your body consciousness and your higher self for help in activating your divine 5D blueprint.
Activating all 12 strands within your DNA.
Activating and unifying all 12 chakras.
This is your destiny.
