Welcome to this 5D Ascension exercise,
Angels of Love.
And as always becoming aware of the cycle of breath.
The cycle of breath that connects your body to your spirit.
Just focusing on the breath.
And allowing this focus to bring the mind to a quiet space.
To bring the mind fully into the present moment.
Pulling the mind back from all contemplations on the past or concerns about the future.
Becoming aware of your energy and your thoughts and feelings.
Become more aware now of a point of light in the centre of your heart chakra.
And this point may feel like a tiny radiant diamond in the centre of your heart chakra.
Feeling and feeling into that point.
And just know that this tiny point of light is your connection to the crystalline core of the earth.
And through this point you can draw up that ethereal white crystalline energy from the grid of the earth into your heart.
Just focusing on your breath and calling up light.
Through the feet and up into the heart.
Within the grid of the earth is contained the energies of love and support for you and your life force.
Just filling your heart with this earthly ethereal light.
Allowing your heart to expand in this light.
Filling your whole physical body with this earthy light.
And then out into your aura.
An earthly fluid light out into your auric field.
Bring a greater radiance in your body and aura.
And now through this point of light in your heart also feel your connection to the crystalline core of the sun.
And know with your breath you can call down white gold solar light down through the cosmic christ grid.
Down into your heart.
Pulling it down through the crown,
Down into the chest and heart.
And within this grid is contained the energies of love and support for you and your life force.
Allowing this more cosmic light to fill your heart and ignite.
Spilling out into your physical body.
Spilling out into your aura.
A fluid radiant light.
Please note that within the energetic grids of the sun there are many angels that can be contacted there for healing and support.
And with this focus on the crystalline grid and on the ascension grid of the sun.
Let's call now a set of angels that could be called the angels of love that hold the whole blueprint of love,
The spectrum of love.
Focusing on the core of the sun and calling down now angels of love around you.
And these angels begin to send to you a protective healing sphere of white,
Pink,
Peach,
Gold light around you.
Just allowing that to happen.
And within these angels of love holding you,
Holding your space.
Within you is a great family of selves that could be called sub-personalities or parts of your psyche.
And some of these parts could be called vulnerable parts.
And some could be called protector parts of your vulnerability.
These protection parts may manifest in all kinds of ways.
And their job is to keep the pain of vulnerability away from your everyday consciousness.
This job is important of course and necessary,
But it does not really allow certain parts of you to heal.
Know that within your being there are certain parts of you still connected to the time when you were in the womb of your mother.
There are parts of you still connected to the time when you were a young,
Vulnerable child growing up in this world.
Perhaps some of these parts of you did not receive the love and support they needed.
In some cases this can create the certain experience of being frozen in time.
But these parts feel unable to move until they receive the love and support they need.
So in the present moment,
Calling on angels of love,
Feeling this light around you,
This white-pink-peach-gold light,
Sending that light,
That gentle,
Healing,
Loving,
Transformative light into the spaces of your being,
Into the spaces of your psyche,
Where these parts still live within you,
The parts that need love,
The parts that need support.
Perhaps you may feel you are sending this light back in time,
To those points of time and space where these parts needed the kind of unconditional love and support that you can offer them now.
Sending this love back in time,
With the message that they are loved,
They are supported by you and all of these angels of love you have called upon.
Sending love back in time,
To you in the womb,
To you as a child growing up.
Healing,
Unfreezing,
Embracing with love and light.
Also,
Allow this transmission of love and support to be sent to those parts of your psyche that seek to protect you from this pain of vulnerability.
These protector parts are doing the best they can do to prevent you from being overwhelmed with pain.
Send love and appreciation to those parts of your being.
Just open and allow this transmission of love through every cell of your being.
Through every chakra of your being.
Through every layer,
Level and dimension of your being,
Your aura,
Back in time.
Just opening and relaxing,
Allowing the light to flow through you.
To all parts of your being needing love,
Support and healing.
As you go about your day,
Just feel into this process going on in your body right now.
This transmission of love from the angels of love.
Feeling you are held in a loving and healing light.
Remember you are a multidimensional soul,
You are here for an important reason.
You are here to celebrate your life.
You are here to create a magical,
Loving and joyful reality.
You are here to transform any form of limitation or any sense of limitation into flow,
Joy and liberation and love.
Know that each step you take is supported by the light of Gaia.
And your journey is lovingly held by the universe.
