
Taking Care Of Your Body
If you're struggling to take care of your body or to see your body in a loving way, take a listen to this recording. If it speaks to you, listen to this recording daily for 3 weeks first thing in the morning or as part of your bedtime routine. Also, you're enough. Always have been. Always will be.

Let's go ahead and have a conversation with your subconscious about taking care of your body and that this is a new choice that you're making,
That you're embracing,
And that you're loving.
Because you're worth it,
And so is your body.
Begin by focusing on your breath.
Notice how gently it flows in and out of your lungs.
In and out.
In and out.
Now,
Taking a nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
As you release it,
Imagine the tension beginning to leave your body.
With each breath,
Your body relaxing more and more.
Breathing in and exhaling out.
In and out.
In and out.
Very well.
If unwanted thoughts come into your mind,
Send them away with your breath.
Breathing in,
Exhaling out.
Wanting to relax.
Allowing yourself to relax.
Releasing any stress or worry,
Any tension from your mind and your body and your soul.
Now,
You've made a very important decision.
A decision that it is now time to take care of your body.
To take care of your body like someone who loves themselves and cares about themselves would take care of their body.
And this feels exciting.
This feels as though you are stepping into the newest,
Highest version of yourself.
And as you make this decision and you start to follow through with inspired actions around this decision,
You release the old story.
You release the old story of being disgusted with your body and you release the idea that you are insignificant.
Or that you are someone who doesn't matter.
You release any dislike,
Any discomfort for your body.
You start to embrace your body and you release your self-doubt.
The hurtful,
Hateful comments you think or say about yourself.
Those are released from your life.
You let those go now.
And instead,
You decide to uplift yourself and to say kind things about yourself and your body.
And you decide to treat your body with love,
With gentleness,
With kindness.
And this feels so good.
So now take a moment and visualize yourself waking up first thing in the morning.
You notice as your eyes open and you know that the sun is out.
You begin to notice that your body is awake.
And your first thoughts that you begin to think are,
I am enough.
My body is enough.
My body is strong and healthy and incredible.
My body allows me to have so many different experiences in this life.
My body is my friend.
My body has my back and my body responds with strength regardless of how I have treated it in the past.
And I now make a commitment this day to treat my body with love and respect.
And gentleness and kindness and with warmth.
And with admiration because I know that I am enough.
I am enough.
And you go through your day just knowing that you are enough and that your body is enough.
So as you wake up,
You make sure as you get out of bed to drink some water.
And maybe you decide that you stretch your body a little bit.
That you just get on your yoga mat and that in itself feels like a win because it is.
Perhaps you stretch and you just listen to your body as your body communicates with you.
What feels good and what to move on from.
And as you stretch and move your body in whatever way feels good for you,
You say kind things to yourself.
Perhaps you think thoughts that remind you that you are awesome and that your body is incredible.
And that this body carries you through the day and allows you to hug the people you love and enjoy hearing their voice and seeing their face.
And you know that each day you're going to nourish your body with the food that you choose to eat.
You allow yourself to just listen to your body and eat intuitively.
And you stop eating when you're full and you eat when you're hungry.
And you tell yourself that you're enough all day long.
And this helps it so you release overeating because you know you are enough.
And you nourish yourself with foods that you enjoy.
Food that tastes good.
That nourishes your body and as you eat,
You remind yourself that you're grateful for this food.
That nourishes your body and you remain in a peaceful state when you eat.
Because your body needs food to be fueled for your day.
So you happily give your body food that will nourish it.
Take care of it and provide energy for your day and for your uplifting,
Loving thoughts.
So when you eat,
You remain in a peaceful state knowing that you are taking care of yourself and you are taking care of your body and this is a good thing.
At some point during the day,
You decide that it's a really wonderful idea to brush your teeth.
So you go ahead and you floss your teeth and you brush your teeth and the whole time while you're doing this,
You're saying kind things to yourself.
And perhaps you're thinking or finding appreciation for your teeth for allowing you to chew the food that nourishes your body and to support your day.
So you take care of your teeth and you enjoy your smile and you release any negative thoughts or statements that show up when you think about your smile or when you see a reflection in the mirror while you're brushing your teeth and brushing your hair.
You just let go any negative thoughts.
Because the new you,
The you that takes care of yourself and loves yourself,
Thinks kind thoughts and generous thoughts and loving thoughts and you often just find the next thought that feels better than the last and you release the thoughts that feel worse.
And you find that when you provide your body a wonderful shower that it feels relaxing and it feels safe.
And it feels like a place where you can connect with your spirit team and with yourself and you just allow healing to take place in the shower.
You allow the water to wash over you and wash away any self-doubt,
Any self-judgment,
Any self-criticism.
You just let it all wash away down the drain to be recycled by the universe into love and a higher vibration to have a ripple effect of love for the world,
For nature,
For the people you care about.
Each day,
You begin to believe more and more that you are an incredible soul,
That you matter,
That you are enough and you deserve kindness.
You deserve to be loved.
You are valuable.
You are worthy.
You are someone who regardless of what has happened to you in your life,
Regardless of the cruelty that you have received from others,
That your value is still high.
You are priceless.
You are a beautiful soul who deserves kindness and you let this sink into every cell in your body and you begin to believe it more and more.
And every day,
You notice that it becomes easier to take care of yourself,
That you look forward to the self-care and the self-love that you will provide yourself throughout the day.
This is a beautiful growth that you're allowing yourself to partake in.
You are growing from the inside out in the most loving and beautiful way.
And as you take care of yourself,
You release and you shed any unwanted weight so that your body remains healthy and strong.
You find that eventually,
The more you take care of yourself and the more you pour self-love into you,
That when you find a mirror,
You embrace it.
You see yourself,
You see your beauty,
You see your smiles and your laughter and your soul shines brighter than any criticism,
Than any judgment.
And this feels like you.
This feels more like you than you've ever felt before and you want this to continue so you continue to take care of your body every single day.
You move your body,
You exercise,
You take care of your hygiene,
You say kind things to yourself,
You nourish your body with food,
You drink water,
You get restful,
Comforting,
Energizing sleep.
You spend time in nature to refuel your soul.
These are all wonderful things.
And as you go about the day,
You just remind yourself over and over that you are enough and this is true.
Your soul knows it's true and deep within inside your heart,
You know it's true as well.
And you matter,
You are enough and you are needed and you are loved and you continue down this path,
This journey to fully embracing yourself deeply and completely.
And this is a journey worth traveling and you are ready for this adventure.
You are strong enough,
You are capable and you are supported.
Every day reminding yourself you are enough.
Right now,
You always have been enough.
You always will be enough.
And now it is time to give yourself permission to treat yourself as though you are enough because you are.
It is time to give yourself permission to love yourself and to release any idea that you need to punish yourself.
You are love.
You are loved.
You are supported.
You are enough.
And you will always be enough.
So every day,
You find joy in taking care of yourself,
Taking care of your body.
This is good.
This is the new you and you embrace yourself fully.
In just a moment,
I will invite you to return from this experience.
As you do,
You will bring back with you the strength and the confidence and the decision and the commitment to take care of your body,
To take care of yourself,
To take care of your thoughts every single day.
And this is a wonderful thing.
You are experiencing change.
You are growing.
You are stepping more and more into yourself fully and love is surrounding you.
You are enough.
Let this sink into every cell of your body.
You are enough.
You are enough.
You are enough.
You are sending so much love your way.
