Hi Love Books,

Steph here.

This guided meditation is for couples to connect a little bit deeper.

So when you're ready,

Go ahead and sit down facing each other.

You'll want to be close enough that your knees are touching,

And then go ahead and place your left hand on your partner's heart,

On their heart space.

And then you'll want to put your right hand on top of their left hand.

Go ahead and look into each other's eyes.

And now I want you to go ahead and sink your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling together.

Continuing to look into each other's eyes with your hand on each other's hearts.

And as you're sinking your breath,

I want you to take a moment and think about how grateful you are for this person in your life.

That their heart continues to beat inside their chest.

And that you guys are choosing to experience life together.

As you're gazing into each other's eyes,

Inhaling and exhaling together,

Just let that gratitude flow within you and to your partner.

The love that's there between you,

The respect,

The memories,

The kindness,

The forgiveness,

The compassion,

All of the experiences and the dreams you have together and the dreams you support individually.

Your relationship is a beautiful thing in your life and it matters deeply.

The connection between the two of you is so powerful.

It's so healing,

So bonding,

Pleasure making,

Blissful creating,

Adventures and experiences to enhance your life,

To continue to grow and learn over your lifetime.

Now I'm going to take a moment and be silent so you can just experience whatever comes up for you while you gaze into your partner's eyes.

Just experience whatever comes up for you while you gaze into your partner's eyes.

So very well.

Now go ahead and relax your hands.

If you'd like you can rest them on your legs.

If it's comfortable for your fingers to continue to touch.

If anything your knees touching and continuing to sink your breath the best you can will continue to enhance and expand your connection.

So with your next exhale go ahead and close your eyes and I want you to begin to think about your first impression of your partner.

Of your partner.

The most positive thoughts and ideas that came to mind when you saw them,

When you spoke to them.

Perhaps you can even think about your first kiss,

Your first touch,

The chemistry,

The electricity that went through you.

How you knew there was something different about them than what was it.

What made you want to get to know them more,

To get to know their heart and open your heart to them.

Just take a moment reminiscing.

So very well.

Now I'd like to invite you to think about what you admire about your partner.

You can think about the different aspects of them that you've admired over the life of your relationship and what you admire now.

How you've witnessed them grow and evolve into who they are today.

What is it that you admire about them,

That you delight in about them.

Have gratitude and think about what it is you admire and respect about your partner and just let that joy and that delight flow through you.

So now I'd like to invite you to think about yourself and your relationship.

What do you like best about yourself when you're with your partner?

How do you shine?

What parts of you shine when you're with your partner?

When do you feel the safest and most loved?

When do you feel the most seen by your partner?

When do you feel the most respected and honored by your partner?

And if you'd like you're able to share whatever came up for you with your partner at the end of this meditation.

Now just go ahead and breathe,

Continuing to breathe and just connecting with your heart space and having gratitude and appreciation and love and compassion and understanding for the journey of your relationship.

And as you're connecting with your heart space,

Set an intention for how you want to continue to show up for your partner for your relationship or how you want to start showing up in your relationship and for your relationship for your partner for yourself for love.

Very well,

Go ahead and take in a nice deep breath,

Letting all this love just flow through you,

Reaching every cell,

Every muscle,

Every nerve,

Every organ in your body,

Giving you such a boost of compassion and bliss and gratitude.

And with all of this gratitude,

All of this love and compassion in your heart,

Take a moment and say a prayer for your partner.

Go ahead and say any prayer that's on your heart for your partner,

For your spirit team to receive,

For their spirit team to receive,

For the universe to receive,

For God for your higher power,

For God for your higher power.

Whatever words you use is just fine.

Just say a prayer or send some love directly to your partner.

And taking in another deep breath and with your exhale,

Go ahead and open your eyes,

Reconnecting with your partner,

Looking into their eyes,

Thanking them for being here with you,

Moving your hands to your heart space,

Bowing to them as we say Namaste.

And I want to take a moment and thank you guys for being here today,

For connecting,

For going on this journey of expanding your love and seeing each other's light and honoring each other.

Sending so much love to you.
