Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation session.

Before we start,

Take a minute to make sure you are comfortable.

Welcome to this meditation session.

I give you full permission to do something different than I say.

Your only job is to listen,

Not to me,

But to yourself.

I am your guide.

I am going to bring you on this journey and then you are going to make it your own.

Let's begin by noticing any tension we are holding in our body.

I want you to imagine this tension slowly leaving your body and drifting into the surface beneath you.

Anytime we can take a moment to slow down,

It allows us to refresh.

Let's begin with a nice long deep breath in and a nice long exhale.

Let's take in another nice deep breath and then release it on the exhale.

I want you to picture yourself walking along the beach.

This can be any beach.

It can be in any location,

Anywhere that is comfortable for you.

Begin to notice the sand beneath your feet,

The sounds of the waves.

Notice if there is any birds.

Notice the trees.

Notice the wind,

The air,

The temperature.

Continue to notice this beach around you.

And as you walk along this beach,

Continue to breathe nice big deep breaths.

Today is a new day and this is the beach of possibilities.

Imagine this beach bringing you the energy needed for the most perfect day.

Envision everything ahead of you,

Playing out exactly how you imagined it.

Imagine everything falling perfectly into place.

Where you are at the right time,

At the right place,

Surrounded by the right people with all of the right words and everything is in a beautiful perfect flow.

This is your day.

It is brand new.

It is all yours.

And you have all of the tools you need to make today perfect.

Continue walking on this beach.

Continue breathing in this fresh air.

Feel the sun on your skin.

Now I want you to touch the top tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

And continue breathing.

Placing your tongue in this position allows for rhythmic breathing and for the brain to fully relax.

Let's leave this here for a few more moments and continue to notice your surroundings.

And when you are ready,

Take a moment to reawaken your body.

Begin to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Stretch out if you want to and begin to feel the body awaken.
