In today's meditation,
You are going to say beautiful things to your soul.
Before we start,
Take a moment to make sure you are comfortable.
Now gently close your eyes,
Or you may leave them open.
Whatever feels the most comfortable for you.
As we begin,
I want to give you full permission to do something different than I say.
Your only job is to listen,
Not to me,
But to yourself.
I am your guide.
I am going to bring you on this journey,
And you are going to make it your own.
As you settle in,
Take in a nice deep breath.
Hold it at the top,
And when you feel ready,
Release.
As you ease yourself in,
I am going to begin speaking beautiful words of existence,
And after I speak these words,
I want you to repeat them to yourself.
Now let's begin.
You are so special.
I love how beautiful things are always showing up for you.
I love how you are always in the right place at the right time.
I love how you are always inviting in powerful energies to lift and shift you into higher places.
I love how you have an abundance of life force energy.
I love how everything around you magnetizes to you with complete ease and grace.
I love how every time you walk into a room,
You light it up.
I love how empowered you are.
I love how aligned you are.
I love how powerful you are.
You are an autonomous thought leader.
Now I ask that you take your hand and place it over your heart.
And let's lock these words with a nice deep breath,
Breathing in,
Holding at the top,
And now release.
And as we feel these feelings of gratitude for ourselves,
And as we honor ourselves today,
Let's envision this gratitude inside of us,
Moving into the space and into the room that we're currently in now.
And now imagine this energy filling your mind filling your entire house.
Now picture it filling your entire town,
See it expanding into your state.
And when you're ready,
Imagine this energy filling the entire planet.
Isn't that beautiful?
So please carry this energy with you throughout the day and take this practice with you wherever you go.
