Good morning mama,
Another sunrise has dawned and you are heading into a fresh day.
Before you get started,
Let's take some time out to get connected back in with yourself so you feel ready to face whatever today brings.
Get comfortable somewhere,
Sitting straight but not tense with feet on the floor grounding you to Mother Earth.
Three deep rejuvenating breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth now.
Really feeling that fresh oxygen working its way through your body,
Lighting up all of yourselves.
One more.
Your mind is probably buzzing with your list of things you want to do today.
For now just let that go,
It will still be there when we're done.
Let any and all thoughts just float through as though they are passing cars on a highway.
If you find yourself getting lost in them then just bring your awareness back to your breathing.
For now we're just going to sit in silence and simply be.
Breathe at your regular rate,
Allow thoughts to pass through and just enjoy this brief solitude just for you.
For now there's no where you need to be,
Nothing you need to do.
Let alone this graduate student body of yours to cleanse the emptywhich we hear from his you you you you you you you Okay,
Mama keep your eyes closed,
But start to bring your awareness back now Take note of what your senses are picking up What can you hear?
What can you smell?
What can you feel?

What can you taste?
To finish off let's take one more big refreshing breath in and slowly let it out You're ready to head into your day now,
