Welcome to your five minute meditation.

Find a seat,

Get comfortable,

Get proud through your chest and gently drop your shoulders down your back.

Close your eyes and start to follow the rhythm of your breath in and out through the nose.

The breath is smooth,

The breath is rhythmic and the breath guides you into your meditation.

Start to follow the breath.

On your inhales feel it expanding to the outer edges of your body and with your exhales feel it rooting you back down into your center.

Inhale to expand and exhale to contract.

Start to connect the sensations in the body.

Feeling your toes,

Feeling your ankles,

Feeling your knees,

Feeling your pelvis and your hips,

Feeling your torso and your shoulders,

Feeling your elbows,

Feeling your wrists and your fingertips and feeling your entire spine from tailbone all the way up through the crown of head.

Your entire body moving and shifting very gently with the rhythm of your breath but then grounding back down into its steadiness,

Into its support and into its trust in the process.

We continue to follow our breath and watch as the mind becomes more settled,

As the mind becomes more comfortable in this newfound space of simplicity,

This space of letting go,

Letting go of any control and allowing things to unwind as they need to unwind.

Every time we unwind we create space and we can start to breathe and expand into this space.

Every time we let go we create space for something great and something new.

As we continue to sit into this newfound space of simplicity we get clear with our intention,

We get clear with where we are wanting to direct the mind and what we want to call into our reality.

We feel this intention first in our breath and we start to feel the intention in our skin,

In our bones and in every cell of the body.

This intention infused into the breath fills our entire being.

Once this intention is in place we simply trust in the process,

We let go of our hold and we become really present here and we move back into the simplicity of the rhythmic breath.

Inhale to expand and exhale to contract.

This rhythm is offering us the perfect reset,

Us starting over.

Then as we sit here in this newfound space we start to take a couple deep breaths back into the body.

Very gently,

Very slowly we start to open our eyes back into the space just there in front of you.
