This guided meditation is designed to set the tone and pace for your day. We have to be very intentional and mindful with how we start our day and how we lay the foundation for the rest of it to unfold. This is designed for all levels but is especially perfect for those working to create consistency in their practice. Through all of this work we l to become the creators of our reality. Taking ownership and getting clear on that which we are calling in.

Welcome to your morning meditation.

Let's find a comfortable seat.

Ensure that your spine is nice and tall,

That your head is stacked directly over your shoulders,

And that your chin is gently dropping towards your chest.

Let's take a moment to roll our shoulders down our back and start to take some deep breaths in and out through the nose.

Right away we want our breath to be moving rhythmically and consistently.

This will be your grounding force throughout your meditation.

And as you arrive here into your meditation,

Let's shift our awareness into the belly button region.

Feeling the energy that first exists inside of the body,

Surrounding this area.

And then let's gently shift our awareness to the space that exists just outside of the body,

Right around the belly region.

Noticing the quality of space that exists here.

Starting to breathe into this space,

Expanding it with every inhale and grounding and contracting it with every exhale.

Now let's gently move our awareness to the spine.

Starting at the base and moving all the way up the neck,

The back of the head.

Once again,

First bring your awareness inside of the body,

Feeling the space that exists all around the spine.

Then let's take that awareness and move it to the space that exists just outside of the physical body.

Once again,

Following the energetic field that starts at the base of the spine,

Move all the way up through the crown of the head.

Noticing the quality of space that exists here.

Now let's take our awareness and follow the space that exists all around the outside of the body.

Feeling the space all around the legs,

Your arms,

Pelvic floor to crown of the head.

No longer constricted in the physical body,

But now we are moving beyond.

Starting to resonate and connect to the freedom that exists outside of the physical body.

Once again,

Allowing the breath to guide us into this space.

Allowing every inhale to expand beyond the body,

Filling up the entire room with your energy.

And then coming back in with every exhale.

Every time we move into this new pace,

This new rhythm of breath,

It gives us a brand new experience.

A brand new connection to the energy that exists around us.

Every inhale we take and every exhale we take,

We move deeper and deeper into our meditation.

Every inhale and exhale we take,

We start to connect to this space of freedom.

Freedom from any restrictions in the physical body.

Freedom from old patterns in the mind.

We are now clear.

We now have a blank slate that we can start to work from.

We start to breathe deeper into this space of freedom.

We start to breathe deeper into this realm of infinite possibility.

Every inhale we get closer and closer to this realm.

Every exhale we let go of old patterns and old habits that are holding us back.

It's this very simple rhythm of breath where the true magic of our meditation lies.

We now start to feel lighter and lighter as we drift deeper and deeper into this space.

We now start to feel more free.

And it's in this space that we start to get really clear with our intention and that which we are calling into our systems.

Starting to first visualize in our mind's eye that which we are wanting to call in.

Once we see it clearly in the mind's eye,

We start to filter it into the breath.

Infusing every inhale with the energy,

The sensation and the vibration of this intention.

Starting to infuse every cell in the body with this intention.

We now start to become this intention.

We start to move deeper and deeper towards this new energetic field.

Connecting to it on all levels.

Consistently and constantly coming back to the breath.

Inhale,

We expand into this intention.

And exhale,

We surrender and let go.

The body is now free from any pain,

Any suffering,

Any restriction.

We are now moving from this place of complete freedom.

Now seeing clearly,

Breathing deeper and moving with a new sense of positivity,

Clarity and joy.

Now feeling these sensations resonating deeply in the body.

Infusing every cell with the sensation of joy and clarity.

Infusing the mind's eye with a sense of joy and clarity.

We now start to harness all this new energy,

This healing power and start to pull it back into the physical body.

Keeping our focus right around the belly button region.

Feeling this new sense of calmness,

Groundedness and moving into a space where the breath starts to move deeper into the body.

We slowly start to bring some deep breaths back.

Watching as we gently guide our awareness back into this space just there in front of you.

Taking two more deep breaths here into this new space,

This new energy.

And very gently,

Very slowly,

We start to open our eyes back up,

Bring back into this space there in front of us.
