Welcome to your evening meditation.
Come to find a comfortable seat either on the floor or on a chair.
Make sure that your spine is nice and tall,
That you're stacking all the way from the tailbone up to the crown of the head.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your jaw,
Relax your tongue.
You want to feel stable here,
But soft as you relax around the skeleton that holds you up.
Let's start to take deep breaths into the body,
In and out through the nose,
Starting to connect to this rhythm and this pace.
It's this consistency and pace that will start to move us deeper and deeper into our meditation.
Let's slowly shift our awareness down to our toes.
First,
Bring your awareness into the toes and then to the space that exists all around them.
Gently move your awareness up into your ankles,
First into the physical body,
And then connect to the space that exists just outside of the body.
Gently move your awareness up into your knees.
And then once again,
Connecting to the space that exists around your knees in space.
Let's gently guide our awareness into the pelvis.
First,
Connecting to the physical body.
And then feeling the freedom as you move your awareness to the space that exists around the pelvis.
Let's gently guide our awareness up the spine,
Resting into the shoulders.
Then moving from the physical body to the space that exists all around your shoulders,
Noticing the quality of space that exists there.
Let's take our awareness,
Gently move it down our arms,
Resting into our fingertips.
Feeling the skin,
The cells,
The bones in your hands,
In the physical body.
And then shift all that awareness and move it to the space that exists around your hands.
Feeling the lightness and the freedom that exists there.
Lastly,
Let's drop our awareness down into the tailbone and start to weave your awareness all the way up the spine like a spiral.
Until you land at the crown of the head.
First in the physical body and then moving your awareness just outside of the body to the space that exists there.
Lastly,
Let's encompass the entire physical body all into one.
Feeling the connection there.
Noticing the shifts in energy,
The shifts in awareness as you move deeper and deeper into your meditation.
Now let's take our awareness and shift it outside of the body.
First feeling this space that exists quite closely to the physical body,
Just resting into the space all around you.
And then with the rhythm of your breath,
With every inhale you take,
Feel this expansion into the space,
Growing bigger and bigger.
Following this beautiful rhythm,
As you start to feel lighter and more free.
Shifting from the material world into the energetic.
Now you are free.
Now you are moving into a space of pure creativity and potential.
So start to focus your energy into your intention,
Or that which you desire.
Seeing it clearly in the mind's eye,
But most importantly,
Feeling it on an energetic level.
Feeling the joy,
The sensation,
And the relaxation that comes from this experience.
Starting to shift yourself on a cellular level.
Starting to loosen old habits and patterns in the mind,
And starting to create that which you desire.
Continuing to move into this deep,
Deep rhythm of breath.
Inhale to expand.
And exhale to release and soften.
Noticing the energy of space that exists here.
Noticing the pure potential.
Pure potential for you to create your reality.
Noticing the pure potential.
Pure potential for you to create your reality.
The pure potential to experience freedom.
Once we are clear with our intention and our desire,
We get to simply relax and trust the process.
Trust the process of this unwinding and releasing old habits,
Making space for the new.
The new programs,
The new intentions,
The new habits that will serve this higher place,
This higher self.
And if your mind starts to wander,
We very gently nudge it back into the sensation of the breath.
Feeling this place of rebirth,
Recommitment,
And a brand new energy filling the entire body.
We can now let go of everything that has happened in the past,
And today letting go of everything,
So that we make space and energy for the new.
For the new cells,
The new energy,
And the brand new perspective we are wanting to shift into.
We start to move into a place where the body can naturally heal itself and move back into its natural rhythm.
We have cleared everything out that no longer serves us.
And now we move back into our beautiful natural rhythm and state of being.
It's here where we are vibrant,
We are healthy,
We are vital,
And most importantly,
We are free.
Feeling the sensation of freedom on all levels,
Feeling it in our bones,
In our skin,
In our cells,
And in our mind.
We start to harness this sensation of freedom and guide it back into the body.
We're grounding ourselves with a couple deep breaths.
Feeling the stability,
The new strength that resides here.
And as we sit here in this peaceful state,
Let's take three more deep breaths.
Organizing ourselves to let go,
Release,
And prepare for deep sleep.
Very slowly,
You can start to bring your awareness back or crawl into your bed,
Laying down,
And preparing for this restful time.
