Welcome to your mini retreat meditation.

Let's find a comfortable seated position either on the floor or onto a chair.

Let's ensure that our spine is tall,

Your shoulders are draping gently down your back,

Your eyes are closed,

And the breath is steady and rhythmic,

In and out through the nose.

As we approach our meditation,

Let's shift our awareness to the space right around your belly button region.

This is your access point into a deeper seat.

As you hold your awareness here,

Start to move with the natural rhythms of your breath.

Your inhales are pushing to the outer edges of your body,

Expanding into all areas.

And your exhales are guiding you back to that central seated point.

We simply keep moving with this expansion and contraction,

Allowing the mind to gain its focus,

To soften the hold on the mind,

And become really,

Really steady here in your seat.

Start to feel the energy that is swirling around this central point in the body.

With every breath you take,

This energy starts to expand further and further beyond the physical body.

This energy starts to fill the entire room around you.

And it's in this energy that we start to tap into an unlimited possibility,

Potential.

And in this potential,

We get to become really clear with that which we truly desire.

With every breath we take,

We become more clear,

More grounded,

And more relaxed.

We start to feel lighter with the physical body.

As the energy starts to shift us into this higher realm.

This higher realm of potential,

Possibility,

Expansion.

Our meditation keeps grounding further and further down and deeper because of the rhythmic breath.

In and out through the nose.

The body is confident and steady here in our seat as we allow the magic to unfold.

We start to feel lightness around our toes,

Around our knees,

Around our hips.

This lightness continues all the way up through the spine into the shoulders,

Down the arms into your fingertips,

And from the pelvic floor through the crown of the head.

With the lightness of the physical body,

We start to connect more with the energetic realm.

This energetic realm holds all potential.

This unlimited amount of possibility where we can start to access it with clarity,

With repetition,

And determination.

We begin to get really clear with our intention,

Pulling it into the breath,

Feeling this lightness,

This energy to allow us to drop deeper and deeper into our meditation.

Now all this newfound energy we've created,

We start to pull it back into the body,

Right around the belly button region.

All the new potential,

New shifts in energy get to find their place in our physical body,

Grounding down into our reality.

Feeling this new potential,

This new energy in the body,

We can start to take deeper breaths into it.

The clear intention is now set.

The potential is now there,

Residing in the body,

In the mind.

We start to bring these deeper breaths,

Fill in the entire body,

Toes,

Fingertips,

Pelvic floor,

Crown of the head.

Very gently we start to shift our awareness back.

Not only feeling this shift in awareness,

But feeling an entire shift in our perspective,

A shift in our reality.

Breathing into this new space,

Very gently open your eyes.
