Each note is played with maximum attention. Stef Vink is a Dutch pianist/composer. He's also a passionate dancer, fascinated by conscious, meditative dance, i.e. Movement Medicine. He accompanies free dance in so-called Live Dance Piano events. On Insight Timer, he has contributed to several Yoga Nidra recordings by Kerry McKay, and he releases short 'piano-only' meditations.
