This is Stefania and we've got a short boost of affirmations for well-being.

You can say them at any time in the morning.

You can say them during the day if you're starting to go into a lag.

You can say them in the evening.

They're very short.

I'll say each one and then leave a space that you can join in if you like.

All is well.

I am protected.

My mind is clear.

My health is strong.

My intention is good and positive.

I am divinely guided to right thinking and right action.

I am blessed.

I am a blessing to others.

I take good care of myself physically,

Mentally,

And spiritually.

Life is good.

I am grateful to be alive.

I process life as a way of life.

I prosper and am abundant in every area of my life,

Under grace and in perfect ways.

All is well.
