I was guided to come up with these affirmations to reduce anxiety and encourage peace of mind.  Right now, things might be a little tense for you, but there are also many other situations in our lives that can bring in a bit of anxiety, or worry, or lower our energy. These affirmations are for those times. Listen to these affirmations as often as you need to at any time of day. Repeat them after me, if you like. I hope they're helpful for you.

Hi,

This is Stefania.

I was guided to come up with these affirmations to reduce anxiety and encourage peace of mind.

Right now,

Things might be a little tense for you,

But there are many other situations in our lives that can bring in a bit of anxiety or worry or lower our energy.

And these affirmations are for those times,

Not just for now,

But for any time we're feeling a little uncomfortable in ourselves,

To hopefully bring back balance,

Equilibrium and a bit of peace of mind.

Here are affirmations to reduce anxiety and encourage peace of mind.

I will say the affirmation and leave a space.

You can repeat if you wish out loud or in your mind.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am light.

I am protected.

All is well.

I am calm.

I am focused.

I am energized.

I am steady.

I am at peace.

I am happy.

I am focused.

I am grateful.

I am blessed.

I am one with all that is.

I am strong.

I am smart.

I am sure.

I am safe.

All is well.

It will be okay.

Everything always works out for me.

I create only the most positive and supportive of experiences.

I carry on and do what needs to be done.

I love life and life loves me.

I see the good side of life.

I sleep easily and peacefully.

I awake from my sleep refreshed.

I am learning to adapt positively to changing situations in my life.

I have a choice.

I choose goodness.

I choose to be kind to myself and to others.

I choose to love myself.

I choose to make the best of things.

I choose to be creative in my thinking.

I choose to survive rather than endure.

A strong body leads to a strong mind and spirit.

I choose to take good care of my health.

I choose peace.

There is always something in my life to be grateful for.

All is well.

I sincerely hope these affirmations have been helpful.

Listen to them as often as you need to.

We can all get a bit off balance and let's just bring ourselves right back to center.

Thank you.

Blessings to you.

Bye for now.
