Welcome to today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation.
This meditation is dedicated to activating your power center because each one of us is the power center of our own life and we have the ability to impact change beyond measure when we can stay focused and use that power for the greater good,
Not simply what's best for us in the moment,
Because we are the catalyst of change.
We are the catalyst of change in our own lives and in the lives of others,
But first we have to focus on activating our power center and you have that ability right now.
You just have to decide how are you going to use it.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose,
As deeply into your abdomen as you can,
And exhaling out of your mouth.
Allow your eyes to close.
Allow your body to start to soften.
Allow all of your worries to wash away and just come back to your body,
Relaxing it one body part at a time,
Starting with your toes and your feet and your ankles,
Relaxing your legs,
Relaxing your hips,
And your lower back to relax,
And your chest.
Noticing if there's any tension that you're holding on to,
Maybe spending an extra little bit in that area,
Not resisting it.
What is it trying to tell you?
Fixing your shoulders,
Allowing a sense of peace and calm.
You're now standing in the middle of a field,
Surrounded by yellow daisies.
There is a path you're on and in the distance you notice a pillar of white light.
You walk towards the white light and as it comes closer,
You're feeling more and more drawn.
It offers a sense of peace and protection.
So when you are invited to step into it,
You do so without hesitation.
This light begins to integrate into your body,
Begins to transform your cells and the energy in between your cells.
The light begins to expand now from outside of your body in all directions,
Transforming everything it touches beyond what you can feel,
Beyond what you can see,
Beyond what you can even imagine.
It continues to expand and as you stand there,
You realize that you are the power center.
That light was incapable of that expansion until you stepped into the middle and activated it because you are the catalyst of all transformation.
This is the kind of divine power you hold within you and without you change doesn't exist.
You continue to stand in that white light and a figure appears in front of you.
This figure wants to give you a gift that will help you carry out your mission on this planet and it does so now.
You receive the gift,
You thank them and the white light begins to fade and dissolve around you.
You step back into the field but everything is brighter than it was before,
More vibrant,
More beautiful and that transformation started within you.
You start to come back into your body wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Giving your limbs a stretch,
Circles with your head and you take three more of those deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and whenever you feel ready you can open your eyes.
