Welcome to today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation.
This meditation is all about reclaiming your energy through cutting cords and letting go of things that no longer serve you.
Things that you don't have to carry around any longer,
That have been weighing you down and are stopping you from being your most vibrant self.
Allow yourself to use this meditation as often as you would like.
You can use it nightly to forgive things throughout your day,
You can use it weekly,
You can use it monthly.
Whenever you feel called to this meditation,
It is perfect.
So allow yourself to close your eyes and begin to settle into your body.
Taking a couple of deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose as deeply as you possibly can into your belly.
And with your exhale,
Just letting go.
Inhaling once again,
Taking a deep breath into your belly.
And then allowing yourself to exhale and letting go.
Pulling your focus into this present moment.
Letting yourself land here,
In this space,
In this moment.
Knowing that this is a space where you are safe,
You are loved,
And you are enough.
Now imagine that you are standing in a peaceful,
Sacred place.
This could be a mountaintop,
A forest clearing,
A golden lint sanctuary,
Just trusting wherever your soul wants to take you today.
Let whatever comes feel warm,
Grounded,
And true for you.
Knowing that wherever you land is perfect.
Now,
In this space,
See yourself standing with a light around you that is full of compassion.
Notice that coming from your body,
There are cords or energetic strings extending out.
Each one of these is connected to a moment that you are holding on to.
That may be a mistake,
A regret,
A harsh word,
A moment of self-betrayal.
Pause for a moment,
Notice the energetic cords coming from your body,
And let one of them come into clearer focus.
Allow your body to lead you to which one that is,
And as you gently follow the cord to its source,
You see the situation,
You feel it,
You remember it,
But this time you are not stuck in it,
You are simply observing it with wisdom and love.
That oftentimes only we can see when we are looking back on a situation,
And with that compassion and that wisdom and that love,
You place your hand on the cord,
You take a deep inhale,
And with your next exhale,
You see it dissolve in light,
In the light of that compassion that you are standing in the middle of,
And you repeat silently from your heart or aloud,
Utilizing your voice,
I release this from my field,
I forgive myself,
I reclaim my energy,
I am whole.
And one by one,
You do this with any other cords that are showing up,
Not questioning them,
Not analyzing them,
Simply allowing them to come into clear focus,
Wrapping that light of compassion around each cord as you hold it in your hand,
Allowing it to dissolve the cord,
Releasing it from your field,
Forgiving yourself,
Reclaiming your energy,
And coming back to wholeness.
You cut them,
You release them,
And you reclaim what is yours.
Now with each inhale,
You see a golden light pouring into those spaces,
Those spaces where the cords were connected,
And that golden light is filling you back up,
Filling you up with divine energy,
Divine source,
Replacing anything you thought was once missing,
Restoring your vitality,
Cleansing your heart,
Bringing you back to your most vibrant state.
And when you are ready,
You say to yourself,
I honor all that I have learned.
I am not defined by my past.
I choose grace,
I choose growth,
I choose me.
Take a moment to breathe that in,
Allowing it to fully settle into your body and into each cell,
Allowing that to just move with gratitude through your entire system.
And now you begin to slowly bring your awareness back into your body,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Maybe placing your hand over your heart and taking a moment to just notice what has shifted,
If anything feels different,
If anything feels lighter.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
And remember that you are free,
You are forgiven,
And you are evolving.
Namaste.
