This is becoming crazy, it is essential to move things from wanted, needs ,essentials to recycle, empty bin or unload them. In this podcast I share the tools that I use. Hi beautiful selves this is Shreem and Jo from Life is Magical podcast.

Welcome once again to this wonderful podcast topic of declutter the brain.

I know it's a heavy topic especially I'm recording it on a full moon vibes energy and it's quite intense but I guess this topic came in the perfect timing to go on to our own inner journey and see how we can do this.

I'm not sharing this from knowing it all I'm sharing all these tools that I have tried that works for me and over the years that I have been practicing and I would still say see what relates to you and something doesn't sit with you park it away come back later and only the sharing the tools and techniques sharing the knowledge in case even one person gets a helpful with it like you know sometimes the solutions are right in front of us but we may not be seeing it because there might be a veil in front of us so here grab your cup of tea cacao or a coffee or water and sit back and enjoy much guys so declutter the brain it's one of the requests that I got from my personal whatsapp group of people we have a soul tribe let's say where we share each other's discomforts to comforts and sound healing and someone requested about decluttering the brain so with this decluttering the brain is he easier sometimes sometimes it's super hard to even think about for me this topic I have brought in through a blog years ago because it used to really trigger me as like why does everyone talk about detoxing your body losing weight but never talk about the brain never talk about the mind so much of detox we need to do it and so like you know always emphasize like you know take care of your mind as well if you're doing a detox or fasting do it on your brain as well it's so important but how do we do it we all talk about it but can we really do it or how is it needed and is it even needed sometimes we need that brain dump of all the thoughts it's too much I'm sure you all are feeling it over round the times like too many things too many things to juggle too many areas to be aired like you know and we are only increasing what's on our plate rather than decreasing it especially coming out of the kovat this year has been a lot intense for many of us yeah so here for me like you know not only the physically we are holding on to stuff like becoming a hoarders to material things but we are also doing it for the thoughts emotions as well either we are not having the portals to release it connections to the other souls are there we can release it safely we are only suppressing and shifting deep inside yeah and this is literally becoming super crazy as well so it is important essential to move things so from want need essential to like you know recycling and emptying the brain so first thing is to identify them where you are worrying where you are anxious about it a lot of us get done stuck with our future or the past is where our thoughts of the fear are phobias are or that are keep constantly worrying one thing I would ask is has that ever happened that you're worrying no but the fear of presuming it's going to happen is where we are in terms of constantly planning and checking like you know I will literally even say we are not planning about it we are only worrying about the statement that comes in here and think about what are you currently worrying how does that feel to you right now are you feeling like tight in your heart chest are you feeling relaxed like you know where does it fit into your body where do you have a discomfort in your body and can you move it even check in with yourself can we do it by moving or pushing that pain discomfort out maybe we do if it's a physical discomfort you will reach out for a painkiller and suppress it even further rather than unloading it how do you empty the bin or unload we can unload the stuff my favorite method is writing it down writing everything down what is bothering you if I feel like it's been few days I have been overwhelmed then I come to the journal write it down maybe I don't do sometimes right immediately but after I have stuffed numerous things then I come down and write things down if you have a beautiful person who can understand you right with you you can share the things with them as well like you know where they're not going to judge you it's a safe sacred space you can definitely unload it to a person remember it's not like dumping onto them but also you holding the reverse for them when they need it yeah so holding the space in both the ways young and to do it it's so super easy to think about to do but it becomes so hard to do it isn't it because we are not constantly sitting with one emotion before I say about like you know oh my god my worry is about my care safety the next worry comes in my job security like oh I'm in different country my safety here like you know what's going to happen with anything that violence is happening outside so again like a scroll on Instagram or social media we are going jumping from one angle to other to other and when you're writing you'll realize you are maybe worried constantly about six to seven topics maybe but you feel you filled your mind with whole things to be a worrisome and the anxiety is about how is the future going to be like where is it coming from even though nothing has worst happened we are constantly thriving to be in a fearful and when you are in a fearful your whole system is tight and contracted and when there is an emergency exit to be done come up with new ideas to escape to be in the safe space we may feel stuck because brain freezes have you ever experienced that it's like everything cuts numb you can't even think about anything and new ideas don't come in and you feel stuck or trapped and to avoid that it's important to build the habit of downloading it or emptying it yeah unloading is so important yes and when I write things down that are currently worrying me I also write down is this thought essential to me have I done enough research has anything happened to me before and is there anything that I can plan about it and is that real say I might be worried about like a tiger coming into the home but how far is that real I'm not saying it cannot happen in some places it may happen if you're closer to the forest if you are in the tribal area but I'm saying like here I am in much crowded place what is the chances but if I'm worrying I really I'm stuck with that thought of it and I need to work on it to release it that's what I'm trying to bring up like you know and that is how sometimes our thoughts are so tricky and irrelevant to where we are and how we even think and get trapped in our own thoughts as well exactly we get trapped in our own thoughts and that becomes an illusion and a belief to believe in even though it's not even true or never going to be ever true at all but only you will know it when you write them down and you see some of them are crazy some of them are silly some of them are actually good worries like you know me thinking about like hey I'm hearing this word recession am I planned for it am I in a good place what if my hours are being reduced how do I compensate how can I make my bills be paid I need not worry about it but I need to make a plan so what is my plan what is my action have I got a financial advisor am I going to speak to someone these are the things I need to be doing rather than thinking about oh my god everyone talking recession coming what am I going to do nothing if you don't do anything nothing is going to change we are only going to sink in the well if you don't have your backup plan either to swim to the shore or have someone who can help you with swimming to the shore or even have a high vest or something to allow you to float so that is the so important so check-in is it beneficial and do you have time to cater for it as well like you know that worry space might be taking two hours or five hours of your day do you really have that capacity or can you be doing something else because you are super busy with so many things to be done you don't have enough time can we cut down on our thoughts so we can actually do things and be productive feel good about ourselves and solution are we reaching to the solution or are we only focusing about the problem again what is the problem what is the solution how do I get out of it it might look so straightforward but that is the exercise we need to be telling to ourselves and do it and when you start doing it you will find so much of a Liberty so much of and track to the same patterns of it the first time is like you know the slowly the patterns are quite contagious because the next thought patterns goes on to the same fear rather than the liberated feel but you need to show hey I'm here like you know I'm more liberated you can come down to me so the new thoughts will travel towards the other side where are more fulfilling more happier more kind of lively as well yeah and we all can do it is just the practice we need to do a new habit we need to create and when I'm thinking about all these tensions worries as well check in with your physical body what is it screaming are you eating unhealthy Lee or having restlessness low sleep or you're getting affected without your relationships as well like you know and can you be at peace with all these thoughts like you know that is the thing just declaring them releasing them downloading them will help us to attain to the fullest of what we are looking for and you can figure the solution out majority of the time but maybe sometimes like you know we may need help a therapist a Reiki healing or I'm talking to a friend or having a ceremonial cacao or it could be nature walk it could be or spending some time with your children family or with your dog your pets so any of those things the other things that bring you such a high energies happiness will be the ones that you can clench to and hold on to or anchor to and come over that idea until you feel like you know I'm passing this some very boat I don't need to catch that boat my boat of happiness is just arriving and hold to that space of it yeah and be confident with that lots of time thought that takes space are floating and you can eradicate by investigating and releasing them giving them the permission hey you don't need to be with me now you are done the purpose thank you for it bye bye and literally have that talk and to ask yourself is there anyone who can help you did I reach out as well and did someone say this to me and your thoughts are coming that are worrying or that are frightening you for the future did anyone say I can't be a good writer or did I make that up and if someone said that is that their insecurity or your insecurity did you ever prove yourself to be not a good writer this happened to me when I was writing when I was writing my book there was a lot of fear associated that I'm not a good writer even before even I could write a book the fear was coming from I asked the same question where is this fear coming from it happened to when I was working in one of the corporate companies the manager said oh your writing skills are not great I'm going to put you onto our writing class about the grammar because I was using I as small not capital and I went for a day and I was so mortified being sent to a grammar class and I felt it was a humiliating at the time because I did my education in a boarding school and a private school and yeah I felt like I had a better English and better grasp as well of course grammar is never my favorite even till today so when writing the book came in then I had to speak through a lot of these challenges practically and say all right I'm going to hire an editor or editor is going to find me easily and I just need to write what I need to say and find that and a lot of self-talk had to be done rearrange some reshape my thinking of the limiting beliefs because something has already happened a damage and work on it and when I was looking for a publisher he has picked up and I got an in-house editor to help me with the book bingo and that resolved me and whoever read my book they all said you write just like you speak which is so easy to understand and that gave me such a boost and confidence yeah so if this happens to you you can work it out you don't need to be stuck by someone's opinions and thoughts and now I praise my manager who did that thanking her for finding my insecurities and helping me at the time and also like you know in future to work on myself like you know she gave me something to work on it yeah did she do on purpose or was she not thinking about what the damage will happen to me I don't know but later in the years she started resharing some of my blog posts that was like wow that gave me so much of a confidence that my book release in a way because that just uplifted my confidence but then again there is another thought that came up is I was giving permission to someone else to control me why can't I be happy on my own why do I need to get convinced that I deserve to be happy or to celebrate and here is where I detach from few things and attached to my own soul growth as well yeah we are always stuck like you know with our whirlpool of emotions imagining the worst scenarios and we are fantastic at it like we can do it and move away from it as well like you know if you are a director you are fantastic at it you'll be winning an Oscars for that like you know that is how best we can create a scenario in our head a phone call from school comes the best scenarios you'll have in your head right or you get a call unexpected leave from your partner or your husband who never calls you and you have your best scenarios in your head but we don't do the first time is like oh my god it can be a good news you can be the best thing that can happen getting a call like you know but no our mind does the trick and we constantly need to work on it yeah but once you do it once you conquer it you'll learn how to do it again and again and again and but most of the times in reality these 99.

5 percent or they don't happen like you know but we spend just a zillions of minutes hours thinking what if it happens and we lose our own feet right now where we are our present moment here and my request is like you know to bring yourself back to you to hold the control and the serenity that you can you can do this and that is how I work through decluttering my brain decluttering the brain decluttering downloading the stuff will help you to be more intuitive with yourself that's other thing as well like you know we can't believe in our intuition because so many doubts are up in the head when we start shifting them up I personally felt I'm more strong at my intuition because I have reduced the noise but to increase your intuition or to believe in your intuition thoughts it might be hard with so many thoughts because you don't know which is right thought which is a wrong thought which is misguiding you you can't understand what your body language is telling you so definitely decluttering has that habit of erasing the thoughts as well yeah and we are all our own thoughts like you know and being productive like you know randomly pick up what is your right thought what is your decision and how you can move forward and the with this analysis with these thoughts you will be successful and you don't need to overthink as you move forward as well think about you're moving towards your goals your ambitions your dreams and there is only one thought is yes I can do it I am receiving all the help I need again just that any thought comes in is this needed is this necessary is just a must or can I skip this thought literally talk to your own thoughts but it will increase the space to bring peace rest and calmness and you'll become more attentive more present and you'll notice the health gets better heals well as well and this is where you can also introduce gratitude you know how much I love about gratitude and you can shift the gears and you can connect into inviting more content more happiness and saying thank you for life thank you for all these opportunities where you might have missed you recognize them they were all around with you but you may have missed you recognize them yeah like some of the things that we only focus on the surface but we don't get into the wounds and cleanse deep inside yeah so by decluttering the brain is you're getting to the core of you and cleansing the deep inside of you so yeah think about you can do it brain dump release and I have noticed better clarity better concentration being more present more listening skills and decluttering the brain also benefits you in like you know releasing the brain fog it helps you to be more attentive sleep better as well so much of a clarity and brainstorming all these are amazing amazing benefits that you can see within few days of doing this work yeah so definitely check in with your brain with your thoughts and declutter them release them and bring a new space like you know it might feel uncomfortable having that space before but think about that is what you need to hear your answers your divine connection your prayers your miracles your intuition your guides like you know all this will happen only when there is a space so create the space get the best out of you and believe in yourself you can do it yeah do check out my book as well connect to your guide to get more ideas as well so hope this was helpful hope this helps you to relook into your thought structure structure as well and yeah if any of the ideas helped you please do tell me reshare this and leave a review as well I'll be super super grateful for your reviews they mean a lot and yes let's all work together and let's clear our head and get to the higher frequencies I also will refer you to couple of raise your vibrations some podcast earlier ones that might help you to cleanse so and as quickly as value so good luck with that and thank you for listening so far and have a wonderful wonderful weekday wherever you are whatever you're doing lots of blessings namaste loca samasta suki no bound to thank you believe in life is magical
