We're going to begin this meditation by gently closing your eyes.

And now feeling into the body.

Feeling your body connected to the surface that it is on.

Feeling connected and supported by the earth.

Now we're going to start to soften the body.

Starting from the crown of the head.

Feel the crown of the head gently softening.

Lift down to your forehead,

Allow your forehead to soften.

Soften your jaw.

Soften your chin.

Soften your neck and your shoulders.

Soften down your arms.

Soften your back.

Soften your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Thighs,

Calves and feet.

Really feel your body soften into this present moment.

And we're now going to connect to the breath.

Inhale deeply and exhale gently out the mouth.

Repeat this three times.

We inhale,

Gently sigh out the mouth.

We're now going to connect to the centre of your chest,

Your heart space.

Breathe into your heart space,

Feel it soften into this moment.

Then breathing deeply in,

Exhaling gently out.

One more time.

We're now going to connect to a visualisation.

Visualise a bright green light in the centre of your heart space.

You can repeat this in your mind to strengthen the visualisation.

Bright green light.

And now breathe in this green light deeply.

Gently exhale.

Now we're going to connect to another visualisation.

Visualise a bright green flame in the centre of your chest.

Feel it in your mind,

Bright green flame.

Feel the energy of this bright green flame.

Feel the warmth in your heart space.

And now draw awareness to the crown of your head just above your forehead.

And connect to the visualisation of bright purple light.

Repeat this in your mind,

Bright purple light.

You may feel a tingling sensation at the crown of your head that is just the energy waking up.

And now we're going to connect to a visualisation of a bright purple flame.

Repeat in your mind,

Bright purple flame.

Stay with that tingling sensation.

At the crown of your head.

We're now going to connect from the green flame to the purple flame.

So breathing up,

Green flame.

Breathing down,

Purple flame.

Repeat this to yourself in your mind.

And visualise green flame going up,

Purple flame coming down.

Breathing in,

Green flame up to the crown of your head,

Purple flame down.

Green flame up,

Purple flame down.

One more time,

Bright green flame up,

Bright purple flame down.

Feel this connection between the two flames.

Breathing green flame up,

Purple flame down.

And now allow the visualisation of the flames to slowly fade.

Still feeling the softening in your body.

The presence in this moment.

And now draw awareness back to the crown of your head.

And this time visualise a bright golden light.

Give this light down your forehead,

Down your cheek,

Chin,

Down your neck,

Down your shoulders and your arms to your hands and your fingertips.

Down your back,

Down your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your legs and your feet.

See this golden light travel from the crown of your head all the way down.

And feel the warmth of this golden light,

This cleansing gold energy flowing through your whole body.

You can even say to yourself in your mind,

Golden light.

To connect deeper to the visualisation and sensation.

This is your inner light and your inner flame.

You can connect to this visualisation and this energy at any time,

You can tap in at any time.

Because it is always yours,

It is from within.

When it feels dark,

When it feels heavy,

Tap in to your light and your flame.

And now we're going to start coming back into the body.

You can twiddle your fingers and your toes to bring movement back.

You can even stretch your neck if needed or your arms.

And take three deep breaths to come back into this moment.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.
