A gentle guided body scan to help you slow down, settle, and reconnect with your body with kindness and care. You’ll be guided to move your attention gradually through the body, pausing in each area to notice sensations just as they are. This practice supports a calm, accepting awareness of your experience and can be especially helpful when you need rest, grounding, or a softer way of being with yourself. The body scan is often practised lying down, though sitting is also welcome. Choose a position that allows you to feel both comfortable and supported.
