Take a moment to get into a comfortable position,

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and a big exhale out through your mouth.

Exhaling out all discomforts or worries you've been holding on to.

Give your body permission now to let go and release.

Breathe in again for 4 seconds.

4,

1 Give your body permission to fully relax into this moment.

Take this time now to ask the Father to saturate your life with the fruits of the Spirit.

Asking God to give you a life of fruitfulness.

Asking God to give you a spirit that is kind and loving towards others.

Galatians 5,

22,

23 says that the fruit of the Spirit is love,

Joy,

Peace,

Forbearance,

Kindness,

Goodness,

Faithfulness,

Gentleness,

And self-control.

Against such things there is no law.

Imagine a time in your life when someone has shown true kindness to you.

Take yourself back to that time.

Remembering how they treated you and remembering the love they demonstrated.

What did that feel like?

What was the fruit of that action?

Begin to think about a kind action you can do for someone else.

Imagine who it is that you can do this kind deed for.

What does this feel like for them?

What does this feel like for you?

Allow yourself to feel what that feels like.

Imagine what the heart of God feels like when he sees his children caring for others.

Hebrews 13,

2 reminds us of this scripture.

Don't forget to show hospitality to strangers.

For some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it.

Ask yourself now to demonstrate this kind of love to all who cross your path.

Take some time now to envision yourself doing this in different ways,

With different faces,

And in different places.

Now I want you to think about the word patience.

What does patience mean to you?

When has someone shown you patience?

What did that feel like?

Did it ever feel undeserving?

Be reminded now just how gentle and patient the Almighty is with us.

Let us be reminded of these scriptures.

Because of his great love for us,

God,

Who is rich in mercy,

Made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions.

It is by grace you have been saved.

Ephesians 2,

4-5 For the grace of God has appeared to offer salvation to all people.

It teaches us to say no to ungodliness and worldly passions,

And to live self-controlled,

Upright,

And godly lives in this present age.

Titus 2,

11-12 The Lord is compassionate and gracious,

Slow to anger,

Abounding in love.

Psalm 103,

8 In what ways can you show more patience and gentleness towards others?

Maybe traffic?

Maybe when you're teaching someone?

Or maybe it's with your spouse or your children?

In what ways can you be more patient and gentle with yourself?

In what ways do you need more discipline and self-control?

Take a moment to imagine yourself obtaining this goal of self-control in the areas that you need it the most.

How would your life be different?

What would that look like for you?

Now repeat again silently or out loud the fruits of the Spirit.

Remember there is power in the Word and in our thoughts.

Love,

Joy,

Peace,

Patience,

Kindness,

Goodness,

Faithfulness,

Gentleness,

And self-control.

Love,

Faithfulness,

Gentleness,

And self-control.

I will leave you now with this scripture.

Peace I leave with you.

My peace I give you.

I do not give to you as the world gives.

Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

John 14,

27 Go now in peace and in love.

Be well.

Shalom.

What a wonderful way to start my day with beautiful scripture, lovely melodious background, and a kind sweet voice.. Loved it! Thank you for having us repeat the fruits of the spirit at the end. Also love the provocative activities during the meditation. God bless!
