Hello,

Beautiful souls.

Thank you for being here,

For choosing yourself today.

Welcome to this journaling meditation to deepen self-trust.

It may seem so easy to second guess ourselves,

To ignore our intuition,

To take in other people's opinions as our truths,

And to attach ourselves onto negative thinking patterns.

All of this is unfortunately our conditioning.

Many of us are not taught to fully trust ourselves.

We are not taught to honor our feelings,

Emotions,

Gut instincts.

We are not taught to trust our decisions.

What's best for us?

So,

We're going to shift out of that energy today.

In this meditation,

This journaling meditation,

We are going to seek validation from the only person that matters,

And that is your soul.

That is you,

Essentially.

Begin by settling into your space and getting comfortable.

Make sure you have your notebook and pen ready for this.

Before we begin journaling,

Let's do a short visualization exercise to get us in the right heart space.

I invite you now to close your eyes just for a moment.

Take some deep,

Intentional breaths.

I love the 4-4-4 breathing method.

Inhaling for 4,

Holding for 4,

And then exhaling for 4.

So let's do that right now.

Inhale 2-3-4.

And exhale 2-3-4.

This method helps to even out our breath and sends a signal to the body that we are safe in this moment.

So let's do that one more time.

You can take the lead this time.

Now you can let your body breathe naturally.

Let's begin to shift our energy from the head to the heart.

This is how we tap into our inner wisdom,

Our spirit,

Our soul.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Don't worry if thoughts are popping up.

We are not here to control or silence our thoughts.

Instead,

We want to become more aware of them.

What is being brought to your attention right now?

It's almost like watching a movie.

You can imagine seeing these thoughts projected on a white screen in your mind's eye.

When you're ready,

We can lovingly shift our attention just for this moment.

You can do that by imagining this screen going blank.

Just imagine turning off that channel just for a moment.

No hard feelings to your thoughts.

Imagine looking at a clean slate,

A white blank screen.

Thank you thoughts.

Thank you mind.

I love you.

You are needed.

But right now,

We are going to shift our attention to our heart.

Begin by becoming aware of your heart in this moment.

Take your left hand and place it on your heart space.

Take a deep breath.

Feel your heart beating in this moment.

Your heart is very powerful.

This is the seat of your soul.

And we're going to tap into the wisdom that lives within your heart.

The wisdom that is encoded in your soul's blueprint.

Repeat this affirmation out loud or in your head.

I'm ready,

Willing,

And able to receive my soul's wisdom.

I allow my soul to speak to me through my heart for my highest good.

I'll repeat that one more time.

I'm ready,

Willing,

And able to receive my soul's wisdom.

I allow my soul to speak to me through my heart for my highest good.

Read that in.

Trust that the words that come out of you from this moment onwards is coming from the soul.

That God essence within you.

When you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Get your notebook and pen ready.

I will be sharing a few prompts with you and I invite you to just let the pen flow.

Just keep writing.

It doesn't matter how random the sentences might be.

Just continue to write the first thing that comes to your heart the moment I read out the prompts.

The first question is,

How can I trust myself more?

I'll give you a moment to write.

You're ready,

Willing,

And able to receive my soul's wisdom.

The second question,

Where am I stuck from your perspective,

Soul?

What is holding me back from fully trusting myself?

What is holding me back from fully trusting myself?

And the last question,

What can I do to step more into my being?

What is holding me back from fully trusting myself?

What is holding me back from fully trusting myself?

If you would like to continue to write,

You are free to do so.

You can pause this meditation,

But if you feel like you've gotten the answers you needed,

Then we can close out this container.

Let's take three deep grounding breaths.

Thank our heart for being the portal to the soul.

And thank our soul for speaking through our heart.

And know that anytime you need clarity or you need to release some blocks,

And anytime you need to come back to yourself,

You can listen to this meditation and repeat this journaling practice.

It's always here for you.

Your heart and your soul is always available to you anytime,

Anywhere.

Thank you so much for listening to this journaling meditation.

I wish you a beautiful day wherever you are,

And I will see you next time.

Your voice is so soothing. This was an eye opening practice. I journal and I’ve just started meditation journaling. I still sometimes feel fake when I’m doing this type of journaling, but the more I do it the more I find myself inside it. Thanks for this. I’ll be coming back to this one. 💗🥰🙏🏻
