Beautiful souls.
Thank you for choosing yourself today,
For being here and taking the time out to meditate.
The intention of this meditation is for you to connect with the full moon.
If you are able to be outside for this,
Please do so,
But if you are not able to be near the moon at all,
That's completely fine as well.
You can still experience the full magic of the moon through this meditation.
Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position.
You may sit up on a chair or lie down if you wish.
Slowly close your eyes and start breathing deeply.
Inhale through your nose,
Feel your lungs fill up with fresh air and exhale through the mouth.
Feel your body relax with each breath.
Feel the tension leaving your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your arms,
Your feet.
Allow yourself to be completely at peace and present for this meditation.
Any thoughts that arise is welcome,
But if you're feeling distracted,
Try to come back to this method of deep,
Intentional breathing.
Your breath is a powerful anchor of the present moment.
I invite you now to visualize yourself by the beach.
You can see the ocean glistening in the moonlight.
Start to become aware of your surroundings.
Smell the fresh ocean breeze.
Listen to the waves crashing against the shore.
The sound of the water relaxes you even further.
Feel the cool sand beneath your feet,
Between your toes.
And finally look up and see the beautiful,
Bright,
Full moon glowing in the night sky.
There is nobody around,
Just you,
Completely safe,
Completely protected by the moon.
Take a minute here to feel the immense gratitude of being in the presence of this full moon.
Feel her energy,
Her light fill your entire body.
You immediately feel a strong connection to her.
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
Imagine your heart lighting up,
Glowing and sparkling with the light of the moon.
The light is growing bigger and moving across your entire body.
You can see your arms,
Your feet,
Your stomach,
Your head completely covered in this bright light.
Feel your entire body relax as this light surrounds you.
Feeling lighter and lighter.
Feeling all of your worries,
Tensions melt away in this light.
Keeping your body relaxing even further.
And as this light continues to expand outside of your body and into your aura,
Your energy field,
You start to feel even lighter,
Almost weightless.
Allow the moon's energy to pull you up closer to her.
Feel your feet rise above the sand and allow yourself to float among the clouds and the stars.
You're now floating on a bed of fluffy clouds,
Feeling completely held by Father Sky.
The moon is visible from where you are.
Allow the moon to pull you up closer to her.
And as you move closer,
You feel safer,
More relaxed and start to feel the warmth of the moonlight.
Feel the cool air,
The smell of salty ocean breeze still lingers up here.
Just lie down and let the moon do her magic.
Feel the moon beams within your entire being.
Feel it energizing your body,
Clearing your mind and rejuvenating your soul.
Let her bathe you in her magic for a moment.
Now listen to what she has to say.
You're fully connected to her so the answers will come in.
It might come in the form of words,
Symbols or feelings,
But trust that whatever comes through is wisdom offered by the moon for your soul.
Grandmother Moon,
What am I being called to learn right now?
What is my lesson for this cycle?
Listen to what she has to say.
Grandmother Moon,
What needs to fall in order for me to rise?

For bathing me in your magic,
For sharing your wisdom with me.
When you're ready,
Feel the clouds slowly and gently lowering you into the ground,
The sand,
The same place where you began.
Feel the weight of your body again.
Arrive in this moment by taking a deep cleansing breath.
Feel yourself lying on the sand now.
Feel its texture against your entire body from head to toe.
And let's ground ourselves back to this moment.
Send this light surrounding your body back into the earth through the sand.
Bring the energy of the earth back up and feel it swirling inside your body.
When you're ready,
You can gently move your fingers,
Your toes.
Bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Your physical reality.
Gently open your eyes and smile.
