My name is Kendra Bolden and I will be your guide today.
So go ahead and
find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And let's begin first with the philosophy of Ancient
Egyptian Reiki.
I am a multi-dimensional being made of life force energy and I trust that I
am where I need to be now.
I have the commitment of accepting my current life path as it is,
Always evolving in all aspects of myself and with the responsibility of thinking and acting
with pure love,
Wisdom,
And compassion towards myself and others.
Within me resides the life
force energy that is part of every living and non-living being of the universe.
I acknowledge
this and I acknowledge that my presence in this life is an essential part of the greater creation
of this existence.
My life is constantly growing with many lessons to learn,
Healing and evolving
from the depths,
The deepest part of my soul.
I recognize this truth within me and within others.
I am always open to receive blessings,
Prosperity,
And abundance in my life with infinite gratitude
and an open heart.
My heart,
Mind,
And soul are connected to the divine truth of the universe
which is part of my life and the lives of others.
I am one with the divine truth and I am open to
receive creative thoughts and acting in connectedness with my higher self,
Accomplishing
my soul's true desires.
I am thankful for awakening my divine soul aspect and connecting it with the

Becoming a channeler of this high vibrational energy
and acting with the highest love and benefit of myself and others.

Beautiful soul,
Take a deep breath in
and as you exhale,
Allow your body to relax completely.
Feel the tension melting away from
your muscles,
Releasing the tensions that may be held in your face,
Jaw,
Down your shoulders,
And spine
leaving you feeling calm and at peace.
Now,
Imagine yourself surrounded by a shimmering
golden light.
The light is the energy of ancient Egyptian Reiki flowing all around you,
Enveloping
you with its healing embrace.
As you continue to breathe deeply in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Staying grounded and anchored and connected,
Feel the golden light
entering your body with each inhale,
Filling you up with this warm vitality.
With each exhale,
Feel any tension or negativity leaving your body,
Dissolving it into the light around you.
Allow yourself to feel it dancing all throughout your auric field,
Around you,
Within each cell of your body and being.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
Visualize a beautiful lotus flower blooming within your heart as its petals open to reveal
a radiant gold light shining from within.
This light represents your inherent worth and value.
You are worthy of love,
Abundance,
And all of the blessings the universe has to offer.
Staying connected with your breath.
With each breath,
Allow the golden light to expand
Filling your entire being with a deep sense of self-worth and self-love and care.
Feel it radiating outward from your heart center,
Illuminating every cell of your body with its healing energy.
Staying connected to your breath.
Staying connected to your energy.
As you bask in this golden light,
I ask that you repeat the following affirmation silently or out
loud.
I am worthy of love and abundance.
I am deserving of all the blessings life has to offer.
I honor and respect myself in every moment.
I am enough just as I am.
I am the definition of enough in this lifetime.
And so,
There is nothing outside of myself that can convince me to believe otherwise.

Allow yourself to feel these affirmations sinking into your subconscious mind,

Allow yourself to feel the energies flowing and swirling all around you
as you let go of what is no longer serving your greatest and highest good.
Allow them to be released into this energy floating around you.
And from up above,
You have a crystalline energy like a shower pouring over you with white
with white crystalline light connecting you even more to Source.
Rushing over you,
Washing over you,
Cleansing and wiping away all of the outdated beliefs,
Fears,
Stories.
Allow yourself to see them washing away as this crystalline energy goes down,
Down,
Down
from your head to your toes.
Imagine your feet anchoring down into the earth below you,
Allowing you to feel stable and secure in the truth that you are enough.
These seeds of these affirmations have been planted
and you will look for evidence for proof that they are true.
Now take a moment to express gratitude for yourself,
For this divine energy,
This energy of ancient Egyptian Reiki and healing from Source
that supports you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Take a few deep breaths,
Gently opening your eyes when you're ready.
Know that you are always worthy,

Always deserving of love and abundance.
