The roles,
The survival patterns,
And the constant movement of the outside world.
You do not need to force an experience here today.
You do not need to visualize perfectly or get it right.
Simply allow yourself to notice,
Feel,
Imagine,
Or to know in whatever way feels natural and true for you.
All right,
Take another slow breath in and exhale gently.
Bring your awareness now to your body.
Notice where your body is making contact with the surface beneath you.
Feel yourself being supported.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your jaw.
And clench the muscles around your eyes,
Allowing your breath to become slower,
Steadier,
Softer.
Your body has carried many versions of you,
Versions that learned how to survive,
How to protect,
Perform,
Stay alert,
How to keep moving even while exhausted.
And for now,
Your body does not need to carry any of that alone.
Bring your awareness gently into your heart space.
Imagine there is a soft golden light glowing within the center of your chest.
With each breath,
That light expands gently outward,
Expanding towards the east,
Towards the south,
Towards the west,
Towards the north.
You are held in all directions.
Know,
Sense,
Feel,
Imagine.
Above you now,
A loving celestial light pouring downward gently,
A light of wisdom,
Compassion,
Support,
And protection.
And beneath you,
The grounding presence of Mama Earth.
Holding you completely,
Steady,
Rooted,
Present.
As above,
So below,
Within,
And around.
Allow yourself to experience this.
Imagine yourself now surrounded in a crystalline field of light.
This light is soft,
Protective,
Supportive.
Intuitively,
You may invite in any energies that feel aligned with love,
Truth,
Wisdom,
Compassion,
And your highest good.
Angelic support,
Ancestral wisdom,
Plant wisdom,
Sacred guidance.
The loving presence of Mama Earth,
The wisdom of your higher self.
You're safe to explore gently.
Bring your awareness more deeply into your heart center now.
Imagine within your heart space there is a doorway,
A sacred doorway created uniquely for you.
And notice what this doorway looks like.
Perhaps it's ancient.
Perhaps it's crystalline.
Perhaps surrounded by nature,
Light,
Symbols,
Or colors.
Or perhaps you simply sense its presence and know that it's there.
This doorway leads you inward towards deeper self-awareness,
Healing,
Remembrance,
And integration.
When you're ready,
Gently place your hand upon the door.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow the door to open.
And as the doorway opens,
Notice what appears before you.
What you feel,
Sense,
See,
Know,
Imagine.
A pathway,
A landscape,
A sacred room,
A forest,
Water,
Light,
Stars,
Or simply a feeling.
There is no right or wrong way for this experience to unfold for you.
Trust what is natural and what arises.
Begin walking forward slowly.
With each step,
You move deeper into connection with yourself.
Each step lights up in a deeper awareness into your truth,
Into your own sacred inner wisdom.
You become aware of a presence waiting ahead for you.
This presence may appear to you as a guide,
A higher aspect of you,
An ancestor,
Elder,
Symbolic being,
Version of yourself,
Or simply an energy of deep wisdom and love.
Notice what you feel in their presence as you get closer.
And as they get closer and you're standing before them,
Meet them with gratitude,
Thank them for being here with you today.
And you may ask them,
What wisdom would support me most right now?
Or what part of myself is ready to be seen,
Understood,
And integrated?
I'll give you a moment to explore that here and now.
Allow whatever arises to come gently,
No forcing or pressure,
Just witnessing.
Notice now if there is an aspect of yourself stepping forward.
Perhaps a younger version of you,
Hidden powerful version of you,
A tired version,
One that is still carrying the survival patterns or old beliefs.
As they step forward,
Allow yourself to observe them without judgment.
Notice what they need most.
Freedom,
Safety,
Visibility,
Rest,
Love,
Permission.
And as you approach them,
This aspect of yourself,
Meet them with gratitude and let them know,
I am here with you now.
You no longer need to carry this alone.
And if it aligns,
Imagine embracing this aspect of yourself.
With so much love and compassion,
Or simply sitting beside them peacefully.
Notice what begins to shift inside the space and within your body.
Imagine now a crystalline light being,
Beginning to flow gently through the entire space,
Moving through your heart,
Your body,
Your energy.
The light moves gently through old heaviness with ease,
Old fears,
Survival responses,
Masks,
Or pressure.
Anything no longer aligned with your highest good begins to soften,
Dissolve,
Releasing gently.
No force,
No struggle.
You are not required to abandon yourself in order to heal.
You are allowed to evolve.
You are not required to become perfect in order to be whole.
If it aligns,
Allow yourself to say silently or out loud,
I am sovereign.
I am whole.
I recognize my wholeness.
I am safe to exist authentically.
I am supported in all directions.
I allow healing to unfold gently.
I reclaim my energy now.
I trust the wisdom within me.
Feel these words settling softly into the body,
The heart,
Your nervous system,
The soul.
Begin gently thanking this space,
The wisdom that revealed itself here today.
Thank the aspects of yourself willing to be seen.
Thank your body for carrying you.
Thank your heart for remaining open.
Notice now the doorway within your heart appearing once more.
Know that this space remains available to you whenever you need to reconnect,
Ground,
Or reach inner guidance.
Begin slowly walking back towards the doorway,
Carrying with you only what is aligned for your highest good.
And as you step back through the doorway,
Feel yourself returning gently into your body,
Returning to your breath,
Returning to the room around you.
Take a slow breath in.
Exhale softly.
Place your hand across your heart.
Feel your body wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Gradually allowing yourself to return.
And remember,
Your humanity is sacred too.
