And just gently let's allow those eyes to close.
And as soon as your eyes close,
You're already going into a soft altered state of relaxation.
This is something that we actually do on and off many times throughout the day.
When we're concentrating,
When we're driving,
Watching TV,
Even reading,
We can get into this nice,
Soft,
Relaxed state.
And as you're sinking into your chairs,
Just bring your focus to your breathing.
First,
Just notice it.
Notice your own rhythm and notice how you don't even have to pay attention to it for it to happen.
Because inside your body is so much wisdom.
Your body cares for you every single day,
Even when you don't pay attention.
You don't even have to understand the mechanisms.
It has the wisdom to do this for you.
And support you through your life.
And isn't that a beautiful blessing?
Just take a nice,
Deep,
Sacred breath in.
As you hold it for a moment,
May notice the beating of your heart.
And then breathing out.
It's in that moment,
In that slight pause between the inhale and the exhale.
It's a place of stillness and peace within you.
Just notice that moment as you're breathing.
And focus in on the peace and your own stillness.
And that stillness between the inhale and the exhale is always available to you.
Anytime that you need it,
You can just focus on it and feel some calmness and peace and relaxation.
And just breathing all that oxygen,
Breathing in and pulling it down into your diaphragm.
Just using that,
Pushing your belly out and in.
Out as you inhale and in as you exhale.
This is the most natural way for you to breathe.
It is how you breathe when you are sleeping.
And as you focus in on your stomach,
Just call your attention to your solar plexus chakra.
And the solar plexus is right there at the stomach.
And this is the part of you that holds your power,
Your confidence,
How you value yourself.
You can also hold your stress and your worries there.
It's also the place connected to your soul sense,
Your ability to feel and your intuition.
All of that is held right there in the solar plexus.
And as that sacred breath is just moving around that chakra,
It's beginning to turn on the light of that chakra.
And that light might be any color,
Does not have to be the color of the solar plexus.
Whatever color it is,
It's exactly what your chakra needs to help you in the way you need in this moment.
And the more you focus in,
The brighter and brighter your light becomes.
And that light is beginning to expand throughout your body,
Moving up through your heart space and through your neck and through your head.
That light's expanding down through the shoulders and your arms,
Filling your hands.
It's going brighter and brighter,
Going down your torso,
Through your hips,
Giving any healing that might be needed as it moves down your legs and your calves and your ankles and filling your feet until you are completely glowing with your beautiful light.
Just allowing that light to give you whatever it is that you need in this moment.
It might feel warm or cold.
It might feel like it's still or moving.
And as its illumination grows brighter and brighter,
It's beginning to expand outside of you until you're completely encased in this beautiful,
Powerful light of you,
Like a bubble all around you,
Keeping you protected from any distractions,
Any noises in the room.
Even your thoughts are beginning to melt away as you're just sinking back in this soft bubble.
It's so cozy and warm.
It's like a hug completely surrounding you.
Just allow yourself to fall into it and just feel that beautiful light of you.
And as we focus on this solar plexus light,
Your power,
Your confidence,
How you value yourself,
Just move around that chakra.
And notice which aspects of that chakra are well-fed by your energy.
And then move around that chakra,
Your power,
Your self-worth,
And how you value yourself.
Notice which one of those aspects of the chakra needs a little more love and a little more energy from you.
And just stay with that part of you.
And we will feed it some energy and some love because you were meant to have these three aspects of you in perfect balance.
Perfect balance is you are powerful and you are worthy and you are valuable.
Just taking that part.
You might even wanna place your hand on your chakra or just imagine that part being held in your hands,
Gently caring for it,
Just reminding it that it is an important part of you and that you care about this part of you.
I'm going to begin to send some Reiki healing for the ways in which you intended,
And you can think of those intentions,
And also to your solar plexus,
To this part that needs a little more love today.
And just spend some moments now in silence and appreciation for how this chakra cares for you every day and enjoy.
Just offer that beautiful solar plexus chakra,
That light,
Some gratitude for the healing that it received today.
If it was in your hands,
Just placing it back into your body and thanking it for the ways that it helps you every day begin to understand that you are a valuable and powerful person.
Just sinking into that bubble of light around you,
Pulling that light back into your body,
Pulling that light through your body into your solar plexus chakra,
Where it is always there waiting for you anytime that you need it.
This beautiful light that is you.
Becoming more aware now of your body,
Of the room around you,
Focusing on your breathing,
Just taking a nice,
Deep,
Sacred breath,
Feeling that chair beneath you and moving and just opening your eyes and entering back into the Zoom room as soon as you are ready.
