Let's begin by taking a deep breath into the heart center,
Exhaling and surrendering your body to the earth.
With every exhale,
Expanding and making more room for yourself.
With every exhale,
Surrendering the body deeper,
Thanking it for all that it holds,
While asking it to come into a place of rest,
So that you might connect deeper to the divine,
So that you may expand into higher consciousness,
Expand into your connection with the divine.
Deep breath into your heart center,
Exhaling,
Bringing all of your attention now to the top of your head,
Continuing to breathe deeply.
I want you to call on Source as you experience it,
Whether it be God,
Goddess,
The light of the universe,
The energy of love,
To enter into this space with you,
And then I want you to imagine this greater power and energy of divinity taking form in such a way so that you might feel their hands upon your crown.
Deeply breathing in,
Exhaling and allowing yourself to be held at the top of your head.
Surrender into the knowing that you do not need to know,
You do not need to explain,
You do not need to make sense of,
You only need to open.
Taking another deep breath in,
Exhaling and opening the crown chakra.
As you invite the element of spirit to meet you,
As you see a beautiful light slowly swirling out of your crown,
Making its way high up into the sky,
Beyond the cosmos,
Into the beyond beyond,
Trust yourself as you travel,
Trust yourself as you're called,
Know that you are infinite and one with all.
Begin to bring your way back from your journey,
Bringing your attention and awareness once again to your breath,
Thanking your divine connection for this journey.
As you deeply breathe yourself back into your body,
Honoring your humanity,
Grateful for the gift of divine connection,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes as you slowly come back into your body,
As you slowly come back into your space.
