Welcome to this moment.

Right away,

Can you find a moment of gratitude,

Thanking yourself for taking a moment to pause in the busyness of the day-to-day,

Your prioritizing your body,

Your mind,

And tending to your soul.

What a beautiful gift that is.

As we settle in,

Just taking a moment to take inventory of where you're at today.

Maybe asking yourself,

How are you?

And really thinking about the answer.

And greeting this answer of how you're doing with immediate love and self-compassion.

Allowing yourself to exist in the state you're in with no judgment,

Just awareness.

Feeling yourself starting to make space,

Make room for whatever feelings are coming up.

And if it feels right,

Maybe taking a deep inhale here through the nose,

Deeply throughout the belly.

And sighing,

Letting it all go.

As you continue to hold space for your being in this moment,

Continuing with the breath,

Taking another inhale here,

Maybe making this one longer than the previous one.

And again,

Sighing it all out the mouth.

Maybe together we take one more breath.

And on this one,

We really allow ourselves to take our time.

Without rushing.

Allowing the breath to be as long and as deep as you'd like it to be.

Knowing that this moment and this time is dedicated for you and for you only.

On your own time,

And through your inner world,

Continuing to remember your breath.

As you allow yourself to be here for just a couple more moments,

And as thoughts may come in,

You allow yourself to acknowledge them,

Give them their moment in the sun,

And then allow them to drift away with the clouds.

What does it feel like to dedicate this moment entirely to you?

What does it feel like to give yourself everything?

One last time here,

Maybe taking the deepest breath you've taken all day,

In through your belly,

Up through your chest,

And out through the mouth.

No need to overcomplicate.

And maybe just putting a hand on your heart as we end our meditation today,

Allowing yourself to feel the shift,

Allowing yourself to remember what it feels like to slow down and to pour back all of your energy into yourself.

And maybe finding a soft smile here as you reflect on all of the magic that you've created,

Remembering what you've curated here and carrying that through the rest of your day,

Sending you with all the love and light that this world has to offer.
