Today's episode is called Tips for Sensitive People to Protect the Energy.
I assume you are sensitive and sensitive to energy,
Sensitive to your environment.
Maybe you consider yourself as an empath.
And if you are in my community,
You are in some way or another on the path,
You're aware of your energy,
You work on yourself.
And sometimes that can be a struggle.
So in today's episode,
I'm going to give you some tips on how to maneuver the current situation.
Because at the moment,
There's a lot going on.
At the moment in the in the world,
In the matrix of the collectiveness,
There's just a lot of energy,
Very intense energy.
And it can manifest in your life in many different ways.
I will give you a few examples to see if that maybe resonates with you.
And I want to say right away,
I don't have all the answers.
I have some answers,
I have some tips,
I'm going to share my experience,
I'm going to share things that work for me and my clients.
And at the same time,
I don't have all the answers for you.
And I'm saying that right in the beginning,
Because the mind,
The mind wants to have answers.
And the mind wants to figure things out.
Now,
When it comes to the inner world,
To the outer world,
The energy world,
Consciousness,
The mind is just one limited tool.
And in order for you to be aware of the energies that are around and to protect yourself,
You got to also go beyond the mind.
So be okay to not have all the answers.
No one has all the answers.
No one.
I'm telling you.
So you're good.
So do you lately feel it?
Do you feel that there is intense energy?
Do you maybe manifest differently for you?
I haven't slept very well lately.
I am a highly sensitive person to energy.
Obviously,
I'm highly intuitive.
I'm highly tuned in through my journey through my own inner work process and journey and as a person that works with people on their own energy.
And in the past,
I actually judged my own sensitivity.
I felt I was a victim of it,
Or I felt that people didn't understand me,
That I was reacting to things way more different or differently,
Or more sensitive than others.
I even remember many times in my family and my family loves me deeply.
But sentences like,
Sonia,
Don't be so sensitive,
Or why are you always so sensitive?
I had challenges with my own sensitivity,
And I had judgment around it.
Now that completely changed over the years on my journey.
And even though it is a challenge,
Sense,
Highly being highly sensitive,
Is also a gift.
And you get to learn how to manage it,
You get to learn how to embrace it,
And you get to learn how to protect your own energy.
Now,
I also want to say that everybody is sensitive to energy,
Every human being because we are all in this together.
However,
Some encounter it in a more intense way.
And some people can maneuver it better in a mental way.
Some people are more emotional,
Some people are more physical.
So there are different nuances.
But everybody is sensitive,
Whether you are aware of it or not.
Because you are watching or listening to this right now,
I assume I just make an assumption.
And if I'm wrong,
Obviously,
You adopt anything I shared today for yourself.
I assume that you are a sensitive person,
And then you are aware of it.
And maybe you even struggle with it sometimes.
The current matrix,
And when I say the word matrix,
I mean,
The energy fields of any given place or location or planet,
Energies at the moment globally are very intense,
I kind of feel it a little bit like,
As old systems,
Old structures,
Old paradigms don't work anymore,
And they're kind of crumbling,
And they're moving,
And they're shifting,
But it will take a long time for it to go into something new.
And we are in this together.
And so you are in it together,
And you are part of it,
And you are affected by it.
And it can manifest in many different ways.
It will manifest in your own personal way.
It can be that you have sleep problems,
Or that you are encountering old patterns that are coming up again,
That you wonder,
Why is this happening again?
Why am I struggling with this again?
Or maybe you feel a higher level of anxiety,
Or overwhelm,
Depression,
Or pressure,
There's so many ways in which that can manifest in your life.
And you might just tune in for a moment.
