For what is moving.
In your inner world right now.
There's no business.
Let there be nervousness if you are sad.
Let yourself be said.
If you're excited,
Hold space for that.
Just be.
And observe in this moment.
Of transition.
Maybe you feel a tingling,
Maybe you feel a nervousness and anxiety or your heart is beating a little bit faster.
Maybe you know this.
Tension in your face or shoulders,
And if you do,
Relax and take a breath.
Take another deep breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Strongly breathing the energy up as you breathe and inhale and with your exhale.
You release,
You relax,
And you let the energy drop down again.
Inhaling deeply.
Imagine guiding your energy from the bottom up to the top of your head and with your exhale you move the energy and you drop the energy down.
Exhale.
Do this in your own time and pace.
Breathe in,
Up.
And exhale down.

When there's anxiety or nervousness or any other intense emotions,
The base chakra tends to Tighten up,
Close up,
And pull up.
So with your intention and your awareness,
You invite the base to open and relax.
In this moment.
To let your nervous system know it is safe.
To relax.
You can also imagine gentle roots.
Supporting you by anchoring you like a tree,
Gently.
So that you have a foundation.
To rise up.
From a solid point of view.
With your next inhale,
You use the energy that you created in your base and you breathe it up through your core up to your solar plexus.
In the middle of your sternum.
You hold it there for a moment.
You invite your solar plexus.
To be present.
To expand a little bit in the front and in the sides.

Open the back of your solar plexus.
Imagine you have wings in the back between your shoulder blades,

Also letting it expand.

Often throughout the day your heart chakra tends to overextend.
Or sometimes to pull back.

So focusing to expand on the sides and on the back.
Allows you to find a balance and coming back more to yourself,
Coming back to center.
Breathe through your heart.
Relax your heart.
Breathe the energy up from your heart to your third eye in the center of your forehead.
Deep breath.
And rest your awareness on the center.
Of your third eye.
Center of your forehead.
Keep your base relaxed.
Your shoulders drop.
And imagine like a point on top of your head,
Like as if a string.
Slightly pulling you upwards.
And while you keep your eyes closed,
Focusing on your third eye.

You turn your inner eye slightly up.
It's a muscle that you stretch upwards internally.

Expand the area of your forehead,

In the front,
On the sides,
And in the back.
Focusing on the upper part of your third eye.
Unhooking from any lower position.
Energies from the lower chakras you unhook and you focus on the upper part of your forehead,

All the way up to the top of your head and even above and beyond.
Take a moment to connect to your crown.
The very top of your head.

And the crown has three layers of petals.
