Listen to your heart. Listen in deep inside and you will find the truth. A fulfilled and real life and with love if you choose. Often heavy and sad, Full of wounds and despair. Scared of hurt and rejection. The same fear we all share. You can heal your own heart and allow it to flow. Giving space and the love that it needs to be whole. I imagine a world where we all do the same. Letting go of the past, All the wounds and the shame. Our duty it is to take care and to heal. Finding love deep within and connect to the real. Reaching out from the heart with compassion and grace. We can change our world and bring light to this place. Touch your heart, Open up and allow it to be. Dare to show who you are. Feeling blessed to be free.
