Share with you three ways that are kind of like dissected into a little bit the logical way,
Then the body way and the energetical way.
Now,
Anything is energy,
Like everything is energy.
However you approach it,
It will shift your energy in some way,
But I want to give you different categories depending on where you are on your journey and depending on what resonates most with you,
Okay?
I'm a very intuitive person.
I'm very much in tune with my energy,
More listening to my intuition and my wisdom,
Not so much I'm not very analytical.
That's not necessarily a good or bad thing.
Everybody's different.
I want to also give you some things that you can use more from a logical perspective,
From a mind perspective,
And that is helpful for some people.
So whatever works for you.
Fantastic.
I want to give one quick disclaimer.
Obviously the tools and tips that I'm going to give you today are extremely powerful and can shift your energy quickly.
Now,
However,
There are maybe underlying issues,
Wounds,
Patterns,
Beliefs,
Programming,
That will basically require more deeper inner work to resolve something on a deeper level that you might need help with.
And I would be happy to help you with that.
And I have something that I'm going to share later that can help you if you want to do some deeper trauma release or some more work individually.
However,
The things that I have to share with you today will help if you use them.
However,
That might not just resolve the underlying issue.
Does that make sense?
So I just want to say that,
Give you an opportunity to go deeper with me if you feel like it,
And also to make you aware that you are responsible for yourself and you can shift your energy quickly if you choose to and you know the scale and the resources.
So way number one,
And one is not better than two and two is not better than three and three.
It's just the way I split it today.
So way number one,
I called it the logical way.
Now,
When you experience anxiety,
And what is anxiety actually?
Like what is anxiety?
And I'm gonna explain more about what is anxiety from an energetical perspective later on.
But anxiety is when you worry,
When you feel nervous,
When you feel at unease about an outcome that is uncertain.
There might be a more sophisticated definition on that,
But ultimately anxiety is when you are in a state of worrying and nervousness and unease about something that you don't really know in the future.
Now,
We've all struggled with or dealt with anxiety in the past.
This is not a new thing.
However,
In my experience and what I have seen also in my community,
In the world and working with individuals is that since the pandemic,
Anxiety seems to be even more of a struggle than before.
Why?
Because so much was intensified.
There's so much uncertainty still to this point.
And we get to deal with the life why this,
How it is right now.
And we all deal with a lot of uncertainty.
So it seems like this is something that more and more people are struggling with.
So if you're one of them,
You are not alone.
There's nothing wrong with you.
And there are ways to handle it in a very effective way.
Okay.
The logical way.
I call it the logical way because it's more focused on facts,
On logic,
And you're gonna use,
You can use questions and logical thinking in order to help you to release anxiety and to shift it quickly if this is something that resonates with you.
And I'm gonna keep it as simple as possible because I want to be very practical for you.
What's the logical way?
The logical way as you use certain questions and logic in the present moment to literally kind of talking yourself out of anxiety.
Meaning,
First thing you do when you use the logical way is you can check in,
What am I actually anxious about?
This is one question you might want to write down.
What am I actually anxious about?
Because obvious,
Often anxiety is so overwhelming and it's like a dark cloud with no specific focus point.
Now,
The more specific you go,
The easier it is to shift and also to reduce the anxiety that's underneath.
So check in,
What am I actually anxious about?
And then you narrow it down.
Maybe it's finances,
Maybe it's family,
Maybe it's health,
Maybe it's something completely different.
And then you keep narrowing down.
What about this area?
Let's say finance is one,
Or health,
Or whatever it is.
What about this specific am I anxious about?
And you narrow it down,
Down,
Down so that you have it as much as specific as possible.
And then you can ask question,
OK,
What is reality in this moment?
Because anxiety is worrying of something in the future or something in the past,
But not in the present moment.
So you can use your logic and your questioning to get you back into the present moment.
What's really happening in the present moment?
And is it true?
What is actually the truth in this moment?
And compare it with your anxiety.
Is there a logical proof for my anxiety?
And another step when you go at it logically,
This is not my sweet spot.
This is not how I do it,
But I know it's very effective for a lot of people.
And I use some of the elements,
Incorporating it with the other ways that you can do too.
Once you've identified this a little bit more and you are more in the present moment and you have more kind of logic with it,
You can also look back into the past and check with yourself and ask the question,
Have I dealt with something similar like this in the past?
99.
9% of the time,
You will say,
Yes,
I've dealt with anxiety before.
I might have dealt with anxiety specifically about this topic before.
Now,
Once you have the answer,
Then you check,
OK,
Did it work out?
Did I survive it?
What was the solution?
So you use your memory as a resource to reinforce that you have dealt with this in the past and you can actually handle it in the moment as well,
Even though you might feel overwhelmed in this moment.
OK,
So this is a snapshot of the logical way.
Of course,
There's way more,
And I only can touch as much today.
Now,
I'm curious,
How does the logical way resonate with you?
What's valuable?
Is this working?
Is it something that you feel like,
Oh,
Yeah,
I can do that.
That's mine,
Or not so much?
So check in with you and write down the most important pieces of the logical way that might help you next time you feel super anxious.
Or maybe you are anxious right now,
And you can use those questions and use the logic in order to bring yourself into a state where you're more present so you can look at the situation from a more conscious mindset.
OK,

That's fine too.
Use it as a resource.
Maybe someone else is loving it in your family,
Or you can share it with someone.
In my experience is any of the ways will resonate in some way,
And you can use certain pieces and even combine them.
OK,
So the first way to release anxiety and shift your energy quickly is to use the logical way.
The second way I want to share is the physical way.
And I have a comment here,
I'm finding a way to write down great information.
OK,

There's always a way.
This is the lesson.
Like,
You don't have a pen or paper,
You will find a way.

Now let's go back,
And let's go to way number two.
It's the physical way,
So it's called.
So what we do then,
Like when you feel anxiety and you're caught up in it,
Instead of focusing on the emotion,
On the logic,
On anything,
The only thing you do is you go and you will focus on your body and your body sensations.
And I will tell you a few things how you can do that.
But that helps to actually shift your energy,
Because when you are in anxiety,
When you are in a state of anxiety,
Your body is tense,
Your breath is shallow,
And you feel constricted.
There is not an open,
Expanded,
Joyful,
Relaxed body that is in anxiety.
Does that make sense?
That alone is already enough for you to even move forward.
However,
I will give you some more tips underneath this way.
The number one thing you can do when you focus on the body and you keep hearing this from me over and over and over,
And you will hear this over and over again until the end of the day is start by taking three deep conscious breaths.
One,
Two,
Three,
Deep conscious breaths.
The first thing you do when you use the physical approach the physical way.
When you take the deep breath,
You consciously choose to relax your body as much as you can.
A relaxed body cannot sustain anxiety,
Because when you are relaxed,
You are loose,
You are more in flow,
It helps tremendously.
So first you breathe,
You relax your body,
And you keep focusing on the physical sensations.
And it doesn't matter if your thoughts come in and you feel emotions,
That's totally fine,
But you choose to focus on your physical body and your sensations.
Meaning check where in your body you feel the tension.
Maybe it's in your neck,
Maybe it's in your jaw,
Maybe it's in your lower back,
Maybe it's somewhere completely different.
With awareness and intention,
You scan your body and you check where am I actually holding this anxiety,
And you choose to breathe and to release and relax that area even more.
As much as you can.
It's no pressure,
It's no stop doing,
It might not be 100%,
But it will help you to shift your energy quickly.
And that alone can release a lot of the excess anxiety that might really not be a thing actually when you look at it from a present moment perspective.
Another thing what you can do when you approach the physical is to do a pattern interrupt.
You can do that with any way,
But I'm gonna use it with the physical way because there are certain things that are very easy to do and very quickly can shift your energy.
Are you taking notes guys?
I know it's a lot of information.
And remember,
This is recorded,
You can go back and catch up on something that you might have missed,
Okay?
But I feel like you're kind of really writing things down,
I can feel the energy.
So pattern interrupt from in the physical approach is do something physical that is a pattern interrupt.
Meaning if you're sitting and you're anxious,
Get up.
If you're up and you're anxious,
Dance or do five jumping jacks,
Or if you can't jump,
Do some movement,
Some sort of movement to break the pattern of anxiety.
If you're inside the house,
Go outside.
If you have stairs,
Just go up the stairs one a few times up and down.
It doesn't matter what you do.
You can simply even,
I'm gonna do this even if it makes a noise,
But I'm gonna clap my hands.
You can,
When you are in strong anxiety and you're focusing on the physical way and you wanna create a pattern interrupt,
You can even just clap your hands in front of your face,
Right?
Or tap,
Do something physical.
And just because I mentioned the tapping,
And you might know this,

When we are in anxiety,
We do so many things but nothing really.
And when you scan your body,
You focus your energy on your body and then you can truly shift your energy very quickly.

Let's go to the third way.
We had the logical way,
We had the physical way,
And now we have the energetical way.
Again,
Even the logical and the physical is all energy.
But now if you want to focus specifically on the energy,
Then I will give you some pointers.
Now,
Some of the things that I'm going to share,
If you are not familiar with the chakra system or more advanced energy work,
Some of them might not be applicable for you right away and you might want to get some help or join the group class,
But some of them are easy to do and I can obviously not dive deeper into the specifics.
But if you've followed me for a while and you do know about energy,
These are going to be a good reminder or something new for you to add to your practice,
Okay?
The energetical way.
Again,
From an energetical perspective,
What is anxiety?
What is anxiety?
Even the question alone can help you get out of anxiety because anxiety is nothing tangible.
It's not something really real.
It's a worrying mechanism that takes us out of a present moment.
From an energetically seen anxiety is that there are certain energy centers,
Either closed,
Collapsed,
Or tense,
And then also your energy is not centered.
You're not present within your own energy field and in the core,
And you're not connected to the truth of your divine being.
Now,
From an energetical perspective,
Is a state of being,
It's like an energetic phenomena.
Now,
The great thing is when you know about energy and you understand about energy and you know how to shift your energy,
You can change the experience very quickly.
Taking a breath is also always great.
So let's do that now.
So from an energetical perspective,
What you can do to shift and release,
Or release anxiety and shift your energy quickly is the first thing you wanna do is to be aware of it and to make a choice to shift your energy.
The first place I would go is the base chakra.
The base chakra is connected to grounding,
Survival,
Safety,
Trust,
And it's a very instinctual chakra.
When you have anxiety,
When you are experiencing anxiety,
Your base chakra is usually pulled up,
Closed up,
And you are not grounded.
You are in a mode of anxiety with the feeling of I am not safe.
I am not safe.
Now,
You wanna release and open up your base chakra and remind yourself that you are safe in that moment because most likely,
Besides of a few,
Really I'm talking about it's not anxiety then anymore.
It's maybe survival fear that's beneficial in that moment.
But I'm talking about anxiety,
And anxiety usually has no real threat on your livelihood or survival.
So the base doesn't know that in that moment when you're anxious.
So the first thing you wanna do is you wanna relax and open your base.
When you do that,
The second piece that you wanna check in is your solar plexus.
When you are in an anxious mode,
Your solar plexus is collapsed most of the time.
You're bent inward,
And you are in a victim state.
Now,
You wanna breathe into your solar plexus as you open space,
And you want to expand so that you get in touch with your power again.
The solar plexus is identity,
Worth,
Power,
Strength.
So you wanna come back to,
Hey,
I'm a powerful person,
And I can handle the situation.
So first you wanna relax your base.
Secondly,
You wanna open up your solar plexus again from a collapsed to an open expanded version.
And then the third place that you wanna work on and I teach about this,
I talk about this a lot,
I teach this a lot,
Is you wanna connect to the upper part of your third eye,
And you wanna expand that area.
Your third eye is in the middle of your forehead.
And when you are anxious,
Your third eye is hooked into the lower chakras,
And it's like a blanket of disconnection of your higher self.
Now,
Energetically,
Energy is substance for me.
It's not just words.
So energetically,
You are hooked with the lower part of your third eye to the lower chakras and it keeps you locked in into a victim,
Closed,
Anxious,
Tense state of being.
Now,
Once you have relaxed your base,
You opened up your solar plexus,
And you turn,
You move up to the upper third eye and you expand and open up this area,
Then you can go higher and connect to your higher self.
And if you've been doing this with me while I was talking about it,
Because I am doing it as I teach.
So you wanna take a deep breath,
Relax your base,
Open your solar plexus,
Connect to the upper part of your third eye.
I know I'm going very fast,
And if this is new to you,
This might not work so quickly,
But you can work on that over time.
What happens when you do that,
You obviously shift your energy,
You become more present,
You bring your energy also more centered,
Because often when we are in anxiety,
Your energy is outside of yourself and not inside.
So you bring your energy back in,
You ground yourself,
You empower yourself,
And you bring consciousness into it.
The base,
You ground yourself,
Solar plexus,
You empower yourself,
Third eye and up,
You bring consciousness and truth to this moment of anxiety.
Now I know this is a lot of information,
And maybe this is totally new for you,
Or maybe you are super advanced,
And this is all just a good reminder.
Whether you make sense of this,
Or whether this is a little bit more advanced,
Use any of what resonates with you,
Any of this,
Okay?

But I'm gonna stop and pause here for a moment,

Who could I help right now?
Who could I help right now?
So basically you shift me focus to someone else focus.
Can be super powerful,
Try it out.
The other way,
And there's a lot of different ways to do that,
But talk to yourself.
Now here's the reality,
You talk to yourself all the time,
But most likely not very kind and loving and not very productive.
So consciously talk to yourself,
Meaning talk to yourself as if you would be your best friend,
Talk to your inner child.
If the inner child is a concept and you're doing work with the inner child or you have worked with me on the inner child before you know what I'm talking about,
I'm not gonna go into detail,
But talk to yourself,
Talk to yourself in a way of write this down is such a powerful thing I say all the time,
It's so basic,
So simple.
First thing you wanna say to yourself is,
It's okay that I feel this way.
You take a deep breath,
It's okay that I feel this way,
I'm gonna be fine.
I've done this in the past,
What can I do right now?
And you can talk to yourself out loud.
I mean,
We do this all the time anyways,
We're not nuts or schizophrenics or anything,
That's just part of thing that you can use consciously as a resource,
As a tool,
As a very powerful tool.
So talk to yourself,
Talk to your inner child,
Focus on someone else,
Share with someone.
