The Still Point Minute Return to the present moment.

Worry drags us into the future.

Regret pulls us into the past.

But balance is only found here in the present moment.

Take a breath and notice what's around you,

The colors,

The light,

The textures.

Feel your feet on the floor,

Your body supported by the earth.

This moment is enough.

You are enough in this moment.

Whenever you feel pulled off center,

Gently bring yourself back.

Balance isn't a destination,

It's the act of returning again and again to the present.
