Grounding In The Moment - Look Around Slowly 7/7
Allow your gaze to move slowly across your surroundings. There is no need to search for anything special. Notice where the light falls and where shadows gather. Let your eyes rest on a color that draws your attention. Explore its shades, the way it changes in the light, or how it meets another color nearby. Now notice a small detail—a pattern in fabric, the edge of a leaf, or the grain of wood. Give yourself a moment to see what you might usually pass by. Let your breath move naturally as you look. If your thoughts wander, gently return to what is in front of you. You might choose one familiar object and observe it with fresh curiosity. What do you notice when you give it a little more time? Rest your gaze there for another breath. Slowing down offers space to see more clearly, deepening your connection with this place and this moment. Music: "Sincerely" by Kevin Macleod
