Emily Warning, LMSW, SEP is a licensed mental health therapist and somatic practitioner with advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), meditation, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Emily offers gentle, nervous-system–informed somatic practices that support regulation, resilience, and reconnection with the body. Her work is rooted in mindfulness and relational awareness and is especially supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and mood challenges. Emily believes that by cultivating present-moment awareness and listening to the wisdom of the body, we can soften habitual patterns, build capacity, and move toward greater balance and ease in daily life.
