I'm always looking for stories here to help lull me to sleep. This one was great! Everything about it; the voice, the music, the relaxation exercises, the yummy feeling of snuggling into the covers, the explanations of why the limbs feel heavy, why the deep breaths work, why sleeping is so important to grow up strong and healthy.

So many of the stories, either the storytellers voice is annoying, or the music is obnoxious , or they miss out on the importance of those pre-story relaxation exercises.
I'll bet most kids are already asleep before you even get to the story and finally the imagery of walking to the door and seeing the beach ⛱️ when they open the door. The last I remember was digging for the treasure.
