
Affirmations To Cultivate Worthiness
Affirmations are a beneficial addition to any meditative practice, this set of affirmations done in combination with the Cultivating Worthiness Meditation is a powerful tool in creating a worthiness mindset. The affirmations are to be repeated regularly, twice a day at a minimum, either out loud or silently. I often recommend saying the affirmations aloud and attaching them to something you do routinely, like getting ready in the morning, driving the car, walking a dog etc, so that they become habit. Repeat them silently to yourself when stating your affirmations out loud isn't possible when you are out in the world and notice your unworthiness has been triggered. Whether you use these affirmations as a meditation, in addition to your meditation practice or an antidote to thoughts of unworthiness, they will support your cultivation of a worthiness mindset.
