Hello and welcome to this guided visualization meditation practice.
For those of you who want to really define the niche that you're going to work with in your business,
But are feeling some big resistance about even knowing what the niche would want,
Who they are,
Or how you could even help them.
Over the next 20 minutes,
We are going to allow our subconscious mind to take the reins and to show us either through visualization or any of the other intuitive ways that you get inspiration and intuition from.
So find a place where you feel comfortable,
In a position that allows your body to relax.
And together we are going to take a few deep breaths.
You can go at your own pace.
Begin.
Take one more deep breath.
And allow your body to return to neutral breathing.
At its own pace.
I want you to visualize yourself walking down a path.
The clouds overhead are gray.
The path is over the boardwalk.
A beautiful white sand beach with little tufts of grass popping around through the sand every once in a while.
You're walking barefoot,
Feeling the way the wood feels under your feet.
And even though the sky is cloudy,
You feel warm.
You hear the sound of distant thunder.
And know that the rain is coming soon.
So you decide to seek shelter in a little hut under the dense foliage of the jungle.
This hut is your space.
But there's space for one more person to shelter themselves from the rain.
But it has to be just the right person.
Because as you look around,
There are hundreds and even thousands of little huts along the beach.
Some of them have no people in them.
Some of them have one person in them.
Some of them have two people in them.
You notice something about the people in each hut.
They're all wearing slightly different colors.
So in one hut,
You see two people wearing the same exact color of electric blue.
And in another hut,
You see another person wearing purple.
A deep shade of royal purple.
And in another hut down the way,
You see two happily chatting people wearing banana yellow shirts.
And so you look down and you notice what color shirt you are wearing.
You look down and you notice what color shirt you are wearing.
And as you are sitting there,
You realize that there's someone walking up to your hut.
No one can enter your hut without your express permission.
It's your safe space from the rain.
They knock on the door and they say,
Hi,
Can you help me?
And you say,
Sure,
What can I help you with?
Well,
They say I need a place to shelter myself from the rain.
Interesting.
Do you mind if I ask you a few questions first?
And they respond,
Yes,
Of course.
So you ask them,
What is it that you most need help with right now?
And you listen for their answer.
But you realize quickly that they're wearing a different color shirt than yours.
So you kindly point out that there is something wrong with your shirt.
Another hat with somebody wearing the color shirt.
You both say thank you and you're on their way.
When someone else with a different color shirt appears to your hut.
Hi,
Can you help me?
I need to shelter myself from the rain.
Oh,
Very interesting.
I perhaps could,
But I'm looking at your shirt and I'm thinking,
Perhaps there's someone else who can help you more.
Oh yeah,
Perhaps.
What is it that you need help with?
You ask.
And you listen for their answer.
And you realize that what they need help with is not your zonochemius.
You're wearing a different colored shirt.
So you say,
I think you'd be better off with someone else.
And even though you want somebody to weather this storm with,
Somebody who will understand you and chat with you and spend their time with you,
You can feel that you're not alone.
You can feel deep down peace when you see that the second person is walking up to a hut where the person is wearing the exact same colored shirt.
When a third person approaches,
You get a little thrill of excitement.
Because it seems that their shirt might be just like yours.
Hi,
I'm looking for somewhere to shelter myself from the storm,
They say.
Well,
I think we could shelter you here.
What do you need help with most?
What do you need help with most?
And you listen to what this person has to say.
And you realize that the shirt is a light,
But not exactly the same.
So you send them on their way.
And now the peaceful feeling has diminished somewhat.
And you feel a bit despondent,
As if you will never be able to find someone to shelter in the storm with you.
And plus,
The rain has started moving in.
So you think,
Maybe it's just not meant to be.
When suddenly,
From the complete opposite direction,
Someone comes running up,
Holding a newspaper over their head,
Drenched in raindrops.
And stops under the awning of your hut.
Hey there,
They say.
Hi,
You say.
Do you mind if I stop here just outside your hut for a little bit?
It's raining like crazy.
That's okay,
You say.
What's your name,
By the way,
They ask.
And you tell them your name.
What's your name,
By the way,
They ask.
And you tell them your name.
And ask for theirs.
I like your shirt,
By the way,
You say.
Noticing that while the shirt is a little bit different from yours,
They seem to compliment each other in a strange way.
Thanks,
They say.
I like your shirt too.
Thank you.
You reply.
So what brings you to this beach today,
You ask.
And then you listen for their answer.
What do they have to share with you?
And then you say,
What is it that you're truly wanting,
Right now?
And they answer.
And you ask them,
What do you think is stopping you from getting the thing that you want so badly?
And you listen to all the things getting in the way.
And you ask them one more question.
Why is this so deeply important for you?
And you ask them any other question you would like to ask them.
And you listen for their answer.
And you can ask them any one last question that you would like.
And you listen for their answer.
You might even invite them into your hut and hang out with them.
Ask them some more questions.
And after a while,
You notice that the rain has cleared up.
You shake hands and are happy to have met them.
And you may now gently come back to the room.
Gently wiggling the small joints in your body.
Yawning,
Fluttering your eyes open,
Stretching out big.
Thank you for spending this time with yourself today in the gentle exploration into your life's work.
I'll see you in the next one.
