
Fear Of Rejection? Heal With A Guided Movement Meditation
This is a guided somatic meditation. With a focus on body movement to receive money. Reset your nervous system to receive money. The purpose of this movement meditation is for, you will be able to manifest more money in your life. You will learn how to accept money graciously and with ease, feel abundant and prosperous, and experience the joy of giving and receiving. Let your body do the moving. Things like shaking, small movements, stretching, dancing, or even vocalizations are encouraged!

Hello and welcome.
Today we are doing a body movement meditation.
Today's meditation is dedicated to the feeling of rejection.
I have pulled a card to guide us today in our body movement meditation.
Before we begin,
Please keep in mind that this is not a meditation that is intended to cure,
Prevent,
Diagnose,
Or solve any medical conditions whatsoever.
This meditation is for entertainment and personal use only.
Today's card says the following.
When somebody looks me in the eyes or examines me slowly,
I decide to dare to hold that gaze,
Controlling my urges to run away.
If I am not capable of that today,
I can see the right to be afraid of rejection and being observed attentively.
Knowing that this is something momentaneous,
I stay connected with the fact that one day I will be able to look at myself and allow others to look at me with the eyes of the heart.
To begin today's meditation and reflections on rejection,
I would like to take a few deep breaths together.

Today we are talking about the ability to look ourselves deeply in the eye and see ourselves for true,
For who we truly are.
How many times have you looked at yourself in the mirror and seen all of the features of your face and body,
Perhaps even judging them without ever looking into your own eyes and seeing the person and the soul that rests within?
This is not always easy and not always possible,
But today I'm inviting you to really look at yourself and see the beauty that many others see in you that is hard sometimes to see.
Within that gaze,
Looking into your own eyes,
You will discover that there is a person in there.
Beyond all of the conditioning that society brings on you,
The expectations from yourself and from others,
There is a person that is yearning to express itself and show the world just exactly how powerful,
Strong and amazing they can be.
Today,
I'd like if you can for even just one second to look into your own eyes for just one second.
Take a look at the depths of who you are and behold the beauty that you have inside of you,
The strength that you have inside of you and the wonderful,
Amazing things you can bring to this world.
So today,
We are going to examine just what it feels like to look at yourself in the eyes.
We are going to examine what it feels like to look at yourself in the eyes.
You don't need a mirror for this.
I want you just to close your eyes and imagine looking at yourself deeply in the mirror and watch and notice your body,
What it tells you when you see this image in your mind's eye.
Does it bring fear,
Love,
Justice or does it bring happiness,
Joy,
Understanding?
Examine that without judgment.
Believe that there is a person in there that is awaiting the opportunity to show up,
Giving the opportunity and the space to let go even just a little bit of the fear today.
As we begin this meditation,
The intention is that we are in a comfortable and safe space where our bodies can move calmly.
And sweetly.
We set this intention to allow our bodies to show our minds what feeling good feels like.
Very often,
We think our minds are the answer to feeling better.
And in reality,
It's a two way street and our bodies have just as much of an effect on our mental state as our minds do on our well being.
So today we allow our body to move slowly,
Quickly,
Shaking,
Being delicate,
Being gentle,
Being soft or not.
Whatever your body is asking from you today,
Allow that to move through you and allow the energy to no longer be stored in your muscles,
Your memory,
Your psyche or yourself to allow that energy to return to where it belongs.
So as I speak,
Allow your body to move slowly at first.
If you want to quickly as well,
If you want to stand up and dance,
Do that as well.
If you're comfortable sitting down,
Do that.
The importance here is not what or how,
But why.
And our intention for today is reconnecting to ourselves,
Reconnecting to who we are beneath all of the other shit.
I invite you now to fill your hands.
What do they feel like?
What do they want to say to you today?
What would they love to share with you?
What would they love to share with the world?
And if your connection to your hands leads you to pay attention to other parts of your body,
Allow that awareness to go where it needs to go.
I will be gently guiding you throughout this practice,
But my hope is for you to really be present with yourself.
And if your hands suddenly remind you of something in your shoulders or in your heart,
Bring your attention there as well.
Above all,
Listen without judgment or the need to fix anything.
This is simply your moment to connect with yourself.
And as a gentle reminder,
If this ever gets to be too much,
You have the right,
The ability and the obligation to yourself to take a break,
To stop the recording,
To do something else.
You are in complete control of this experience and are allowed to say no at any moment.
During the silent spaces in this movement meditation,
I encourage you to reflect inwardly and allow your body to move however it wants.
Continuing to breathe,
Continuing to be present and allowing your mind to wander well it will be with the support of your body movement.
And allowing any emotions that might come to you to move completely through your body until they are no longer there with you,
Until you have returned that energy to the person that belongs to or to Mother Earth herself.
This is your permission slip to let go of whatever you need to let go of at the deepest possible level for you today.
Knowing that this is your time and your moment to connect with yourself.
That you have created this space by being present to discover who you truly are.
And that starts with the very basic level of understanding what belongs to you and what does not belong to you.
9 You You You You You You you You you You like you now to feel a small partica vulnerability feels like What expressing your truth feels like.
Who can you feel safe to express your truth with?
And what it feels like for that truth to be rejected.
For your vulnerability to be rejected.
For the person who is looking at you to dislike you or not want to help you.
Or not want to understand you.
For you to look into another person's eyes and know that that person cannot deeply express who you are.
Or hold space for your emotions or your reality in that moment.
This is not a question of who's good and who's bad.
This is not a question of who's right and who's wrong.
This is simply energy transformed into word,
Thought,
Feeling and expression through a different person than you.
Each person carrying in their bodies their own heartbreaks,
Their own illusions,
Their own hopes and desires,
Angers,
Fears,
Jealousies,
Projections,
Limitations,
Beliefs,
Programming.
The song that the person in front of you is singing when you are vulnerable with them may be completely out of tune with your own song.
They may be singing country while you are rapping.
Your job is never to see your value in that person's eyes.
Your job is to simply be who you are in your own sovereign skin.
The person looking back at you may never understand you.
They may never meet you where you are.
They may never be on the same path as you.
They may never be able to handle your worst moments.
They may never be able to forgive you or hold space for your deepest most authentic self.
But that person is full of their own projections,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Conditioning,
Societal pressures,
Personal pressures,
Pain,
Discomfort,
Worry,
And imagination about who you are and what you should represent for them.
You are not and never will be perfect.
You are and always will be perfect for you.
As we move through this body meditation movement,
We may find our bodies shake or move or want to be in a certain position or change to a certain position.
All of those things are okay and safe as long as you feel safe.
Allow your body to show you the truest expression of itself.
You have permission to let go of the energy that you've been holding onto for so long.
You have permission to release the traumas and beliefs that were given to you and pressed down onto you.
And those traumas do not belong to you.
They never did.
You were not born to be a good little girl or a good little boy.
You were born with a voice and a body and strong legs and strong hands and an open heart.
And from the depths of your person arises the strength of a warrior of light that you are and have always been beneath everything else.
You are freedom in its purest form.
And if you ever worry about not being accepted for who you are,
What you want,
What you do,
How you act,
The words you say,
You're most vulnerable,
Remember that acceptance just like the traumas passed down were never yours.
So give the acceptance back to whoever you think you need it from now.
Other people's acceptance of you belongs to them and them alone because it is a direct reflection of their own acceptance of themselves.
Similarly the only acceptance that actually belongs to you is your acceptance.
You are the only one who can be a good,
Deep,
Honorable,
Respectful,
Truthful,
Pure acceptance of yourself.
Rejection means not that you have no value.
Rejection means not that you have to try harder.
Rejection means not that you have to change who you are.
Rejection means not that you are worth any less than before the rejection.
Rejection is simply the reaction of energy with other energy,
Much like magnets that repel one another and can never be fully together.
Other's is simply energy,
Acceptance,
Approval,
Understanding.
Understanding,
Knowing and still accepting comes from your ability to connect with your own body.
You are the queen or king of your own castle.
You are the legitimate vote.
You are the king of your own castle.
You are the king of your own castle.
You are the king of your own castle.
Repeat after me in your head or out loud.
I want you to picture a person in your mind as we do this exercise.
I return to you in this box your acceptance of me.

It doesn't belong to me.

Perhaps putting your hands around yourself for a hug or on any part of your body that needs extra love today.
I'm beginning to slowly remove anything that's left in your energy field.

And when you are ready to slowly,
Carefully,
And calmly transition yourself back to the present moment.
Back to where your body physically is.
I invite you now to place your hand in your heart and ask yourself,
What is the next best step for you after you finish listening to this?
What is one small step that you can take today to take care of yourself?
How to invite yourself in your mind's eye,
Write yourself a permission slip and I owe you whatever feels right to take that small self-care step today.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
And welcome yourself back to the world.
With a slightly new intention of how you might operate in it.
Of how you might become just a little bit more of your true self today.
