Hello and welcome to this water spirit meditation for clearing.
Settle into your seats and get comfortable.
Just taking some grounding breaths,
Just really anchoring into the moment.
I want you to imagine that you are on a beach,
A beautiful beach.
Whatever that looks like to you,
See it in your mind now.
You can hear the water and the waves that flow back and forth.
Just take a moment to take in the scenery.
Notice what is underneath your feet.
Is it sand?
Is it rocks?
Is it grass?
Is there a breeze?
Is the air warm or cool?
Feel it on your face and your arms.
What other sounds do you hear?
Maybe there's birds or boats or other people talking.
Maybe it's just the sound of the wind and the water.
Just experience that now.
Feel the sun on your skin,
Warm on your cheeks and your bones on your head.
Shining down and illuminating the beach.
Just really grounding your feet into the earth,
Feeling that connection.
Now begin to walk closer to the water.
Continuing to utilize all of your senses,
Noticing what you smell,
Hear,
Feel.
You can now feel the water on your feet.
And the water's moving in and out.
You can ebb and flow.
Walking a little bit further.
Just getting used to the water and how it feels on your skin.
Taking time to just breathe in this present moment,
Experiencing the water.
The air,
The sun.
And if it feels safe,
You can sit down in the water.
It's still a shallow area.
You can feel more of your body being cleansed and pushed by the water.
Think about something in your life,
Maybe a pattern or a belief or a behavior that you've been repeating that no longer benefits you.
Something that you are ready to let go of.
Good.
Now we're going to tune into the water that's flowing over our body and just be willing to let the water carry it away.
If you need to bring it up little by little,
It's okay.
Or if you're ready to let it go all at once,
Just release.
Let the water cleanse and clear and heal.
Ebs and flows of the healing cleansing water washing over your body.
Release it now.
You're doing wonderful.
Just open up and allow that water to carry away whatever you no longer need.
It no longer benefits you or serves you.
It is gone.
It is gone.
It is gone.

Take a deep breath in.
Have an audible exhale.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Feel it for just a moment and release it with an audible exhale.

Thank the water spirit for its assistance today in cleansing and clearing away those patterns,
Beliefs,
And habits.
