For the times when you're feeling sad, overwhelmed, or even hopeless, it can be helpful to hear a kind voice reminding you that everything is going to be ok. Just listen and surrender to whatever you are feeling at this moment. It won't last forever. These feelings will pass and you will get through this. Even if it doesn't feel like it right now, everything is working out for your highest good.

Hello,

Dear one.

This is Shaina.

Just sit comfortably and listen.

Here in this moment,

I know it may feel overwhelming or even hopeless,

But don't give up.

You will move through this.

Even though things might feel really bad right now,

There is hope.

Just remember how much you've already overcome in your life.

You're a miracle.

You're absolutely amazing.

Everything will be okay.

Just surrender to whatever you're feeling.

Don't resist it or hold on to it.

Just have acceptance in this moment.

You don't have to figure anything out,

And you don't have to control anything.

Just be.

Just be.

Allow your feelings to move up and out.

Allow yourself to grieve.

Allow yourself to be angry or to cry.

And just having some compassion for yourself.

You're doing the best you can.

And as you sit with these feelings,

Just add in a small,

Gentle movement.

Some swaying,

Rocking,

Or even tapping your fingers on your legs.

Just to get the energy mobilized.

You're okay.

You're okay.

You're enough.

You are enough.

Everything is working out for your highest good.

Remember to breathe.

It's safe to feel your emotions.

It won't last forever.

It won't last forever.

I promise it won't last forever,

Even if it feels really bad right now.

You're gonna be okay.

And you're safe.

You're enough.

And you are so worthy.

Just blow out any air that you're holding on to.

Place your hands on your heart.

Right now,

In this moment,

All is well.
