Today I am so happy to come to you with a beautiful meditation practice for my manifesting generators.
The world has shown us a very different way of living and when we come to know about a design there is a common sense of relief that washes over us but then soon we recognize and realize there's work to do.
I hope this meditation supports you in your work of deconditioning from all the ways that take you away from your beautiful essence of a mani gen.
Please close your beautiful eyes and lie down or sit in a comfortable space and get ready to go on a beautiful journey of returning back to your mani gen essence.
Start by focusing on your breaths,
Simply observing them today,
Feeling the sensation on your skin,
The surface beneath you,
The temperature,
The smell in the air.
Take a deep breath in and come fully arrived with wherever you are in this moment.
Unplugging from distractions,
Tuning into the internal voice of your soul.
Focus inwards by tuning into your breath,
The rise and fall of your chest and your belly with every inhale and exhale.
Come back to the feelings that are present today,
The awareness,
The emotions and whatever is here right now in this moment present for you.
It's all perfect,
You don't have to fix anything.
And now right into your heart space,
In the middle of your chest,
The heart center.
Visualize or imagine a beautiful door bejeweled with thousands of crystals and colors,
Beaming out of them like a light show,
Opening up for you.
As you place your hand on this space,
Feel yourself entering this realm softly and swiftly,
One foot in front of the other,
Entering the realm of infinite possibilities,
Miracles and beauty.
See your favorite color coloring the canvas of the sky today.
See your favorite flowers welcoming you on the ground beneath you.
Listen and tune in to the sound of ocean or waterfall or lake,
Whatever pleases your senses,
Gurgling and flowing around you.
And maybe at a distance you can also listen to some beautiful birds chirping and whistling and singing.
As you look around,
You see a beautiful honey bee,
Drinking from the nectars of a flower.
You observe this beautiful honey bee with golden glittery wings,
Enjoying its nectar,
Buzzing from one flower to another.
You watch it in awe as it moves from one flower to another and then another and then back to the first flower and then to the fourth one.
You watch this beautiful honey bee creating its own rhythm,
Its own pace,
Its own journey.
No patterns,
No structures,
No fixed hierarchies.
You watch it buzzing with joy of the nectar.
You watch it getting excited and drunk,
Toppling from a pink flower to a blue flower to a white and a yellow one and maybe back to the blue.
Watch this beautiful honey bee grow more excited with each moment.
Watch this beautiful honey bee moving joyfully and gleefully from one place to another,
Breaking all rules or barriers of what is supposed to be.
Witness this joy right in front of you.
And then you see this beautiful honey bee,
Drunk,
Happy and wistfully flying towards you,
Coming to perch right on your shoulder.
It asks you to walk in front of you and see this beautiful valley filled with green grassland spread across the distance.
You smile at the honey bee,
Knowing exactly what to do.
You run towards a small hill and then you allow yourself to topple down that valley and then go up onto another one.
No patterns,
No directions,
Complete freedom and liberation to move in whatever direction you feel to.
Sense the freedom in choosing your own valley,
Your own mountain,
Your own top.
Feel the sensation of freedom that washes over you as you topple down from one hill,
Rolling in laughter and joy.
There are no rules,
There are no regulations and you get to be whoever you are.
You pick up flowers from one valley and as you topple down the other one,
You lose all of them.
You gather pearls from a carno and then you pour them back into the ocean.
All the shades have left your consciousness.
As you lift off a beautiful paintbrush and paint your favorite color onto the sky.

Is it green?
Is it yellow?
Move on to these beautiful grasslands.
How do you want them to look today?
Dark green,
Bottle green,
Mint green or perhaps a blue or a red.
Paint your world in whichever way you desire to.
And now take that paintbrush and paint your arms with it and your legs.

Feel the sense of freedom washing over you as you choose to color yourself in whatever color you desire to.

It's a fun game.
Your palms could be yellow and your nails could be green and your legs could be blue.
Paint yourself with all the hues you desire to bring into your life,
Into your sensory experience right here,

Feel every brush stroke liberating you from the shits.
Look back and you'll find a beautiful mirror reflecting your beautiful reflection back to you.
Reflecting all the colors right back at you.
These beautiful hues becoming light beams and shining bright,
Illuminating you and your world at the same time.
Experience the surreal magic of this moment of coloring your world with your own hue,
Your own color,
Your own free will and feel how it feels to be in this moment of liberation and freedom.
You are the master of your own free will.
You get to choose all the multi-passionate interest,
The desire to bring to life.
You get to choose all the things you wish to do with your multifaceted desires.
You get to choose the colors of your life.
You get to choose the direction of your life.
You get to bask in the glory of your uniqueness.
You get to crumble all the shits and tear them apart.
You get to walk your own unique path.
Witness the brilliance of your uniqueness in the mirror,
In these colors and enjoy it.
Feel the joy in it.
Smell the essence of this moment and these colors.
Feel the sensation in your body as these colors illuminate through your skin.
