I'm Sheri Craze and I'd like to thank you so very much for taking this time to be present,

To breathe,

To be still,

To reflect,

To own your epic transformation.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

Allowing all distractions to be set aside.

Find an open position for the body,

Where the spine can be long,

The hips can be even,

The shoulders can soften,

The jaw can relax,

The arms and legs can be uncrossed.

And turn the palms upward in a gesture of readiness to receive.

Take a deep inhale and let it go.

Take another deep inhale and let it go.

Becoming more aware of your immediate surroundings,

The space you are in,

The cushion you sit or lie on,

Your connection with the earth beneath.

And as you allow yourself to grow more and more comfortable in this space,

More and more still,

Allow your focus to shift inward.

Allowing all thoughts of your plans,

All thoughts of the details of your day to begin to quiet now,

Turning down the volume from your external world,

Detaching from all of the stories,

The worries,

The concerns,

And notice that the noise is not from within.

Notice that the noise is from out there in the world,

But here,

Within.

It is quiet.

It is peaceful.

It is serene.

Let's remain still here,

Following the flow of the breath as it smoothly travels through the body.

Letting each inhale to flow smoothly into each exhale and smoothly into the next inhale,

Continuing in a rhythmic pattern.

There's nothing else to do and nowhere else to be for just this time.

Give yourself permission to remain here,

Present,

Following the flow of the breath with the mind's eye.

Feeling the body now from head to toe,

Notice where you're gripping,

Where you're holding on,

Where you can let go,

Releasing a little more completely.

And now notice if there is one part of the body which seems to be speaking to you more loudly and bring your mind's awareness there,

To this space.

Notice where this sensation is when the eyes are closed,

What is the texture,

And notice the first word that comes to mind.

Does this sensation have a color?

Notice the first color flashing across the screen of the mind.

And does this sensation have an emotion?

Notice the first word that comes up.

And with your next few cycles of breath,

Visualize you're sending all the nourishment,

All the love,

All the comfort needed directly to this space.

Sending any heaviness,

Any low vibrational frequency energies back to the universe.

Envisioning healing white light filling this space.

And notice the softening now around this space.

Notice if a similar sensation arises elsewhere in the body now.

What does it feel like?

Is it heavy?

What is the source of this sensation?

Is it your stories?

Your worries?

Your concerns?

And notice what happens in the body now if you turn the volume down on these stories.

Acknowledging these are exactly that,

Just stories.

And breathe life into this space,

Releasing any low vibrational frequency energies back to the universe.

And now think for a moment of one dream,

One passion,

One goal and hold on to this thought.

Is it yours?

Is this truly your dream,

Your passion,

Your goal?

Or is it something someone else told you you should do?

Consider the source.

Consider the voice in your mind telling you this is your dream.

Is it your own voice?

If it's not,

Let it go and think again about one dream,

One passion,

Or one goal.

If this is your voice,

Hold on to that thought.

Envision what it would be like for that dream to be your reality.

What would this feel like?

What would you look like?

Are you smiling?

Are you happy?

Are you dancing?

Allow yourself this opportunity to truly experience the feeling of making this dream your reality.

Allow every cell in your body to completely be soaked in this experience.

Think of a color now symbolic of this new reality,

Of this dream becoming your reality.

Envisioning this color as a glowing light energy filling your entire body.

Expanding,

Radiating outward to completely surround your physical self.

Breathe in the joy of this experience.

Without anything which no longer serves you and this dream.

There are no stories that can weigh you down any longer.

In this moment,

You are pure consciousness.

You are pure love.

You are free.

Hold on to this feeling.

Hold on to this experience within yourself.

Breathe in this experience.

Breathe out love.

Breathe in confidence.

Breathe out love.

Breathe in high vibrational light frequency energies.

Breathe out love.

Draw your awareness to this feeling of light within the body now.

Feeling centered.

Feeling aligned.

Feeling connected with all that is.

There are no limits to your beautiful light.

There are no limits to the abundance that is.

There are no limits to what you can create.

Taking your time,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the physical body.

Bring it back to your surroundings.

Bringing back gentle waves of movement to wake the body.

Perhaps moving through a big overhead stretch.

And whenever you're ready,

Allow the eyes to slowly flutter open.
