Before we begin,
Ensure there are no distractions.
Close the door.
Make yourself comfortable.
Seated or lying down,
Any position where the spine can be long.
Settling in,
Allow the eyes to close,
And take this opportunity to tune in,
Turning the mind's focus to the breath.
Deepen and lengthen the breath,
Noticing where the breath travels in the body.
Visualizing that with each inhale,
You are drawing in a bright white shimmering light,
Allowing this beautiful shimmering light energy to travel through the body,
Filling the entire physical body with this beautiful bright light shimmering light.
And now bring your mind's awareness to the energy body,
Your auric field surrounding your physical self.
Using the mind's eye to scan this space,
Tuning in to notice any tears,
Gaps,
Or spaces.
Filling any of these with this bright white shimmering light energy,
Making the statement to yourself that only energies which originate within your own energetic channels remain present,
And all other energies rise to the surface and dissolve.
I am love.
I am light.
I am free.
I am in control of my choices.
I am in control of my thoughts.
I am worthy.
I am abundant.
I am so grateful for this practice.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience this journey.
