Drawing the inhales down a little bit deeper each time.
Exhaling completely.
Inhaling all the way down.

And exhaling to completely let it go.

Envision you're drawing in shimmering white light energy.

The root chakra is your right to be here.
This is your stability,

The legs and the feet are an extension of the root chakra.
And allow this bright glowing ball of red energy to expand,
Radiating outward.
Allow it to move.
Allow it to feel free.
As it flows through the body.
And bring your minds awareness now to the area just below the navel,
The sacral chakra.
Envisioning a bright glowing ball of orange energy in this space.
The sacral chakra is your right to feel.
This is the energetic center governing feelings,
Emotions,
Sexuality,
Intimate relationships,
Creativity.
Fluid and flowing.
Allow this glowing ball of orange energy to be fluid,
Expanding,
Radiating,
Unobstructed and free as it flows through the body.
Allowing the body to now fill with this bright orange energy.
Traveling up now to the solar plexus chakra,
Located between the lower ribs.
Envisioning a bright glowing ball of yellow energy like a small sun.
This is your internal fire,
Your will,
Ability to make and stick to decisions,

The heart chakra is the energetic center in the body that governs our right to both give and receive love.
This is not only your relationships with others,

This is how you love yourself.
Taking this time now to experience a softening around the heart space.

Traveling through the entire physical body with this tremendous feeling of love that completely envelops you.
Allow yourself to feel as if you are wrapped in a great warm blanket of loving energy.
Bring your mind's awareness now up to the throat chakra,
Located at the center of the neck,
Envisioning a glowing ball of light blue energy in this space.
This is your right to speak your truth.
This is your creativity when it comes to communication.
This is how you express to the world all of the knowledge you've gained from all of the other energetic centers in the body.
This is how you share your authenticity.

This is how you share the lessons you've learned.
The great things you have to teach the world.
So soften this area here,
Soften through the neck and the shoulders and allow this light blue energy to expand,
Radiate outward,

The crown chakra,

Our crown chakra is our connection with the spiritual realm,

Pulling this shimmering white light energy all the way down through the physical body,
