If we have aches and pain, we take medication or find other alternative treatments. However, how do you check in on your mental health? I encourage you to take a few minutes to answer the questions listed below. 1) How do I feel today? 2) What or who is making me feel this way? 3) If I am feeling sad or angry, what can I do to change my mood? Remind yourself that it is okay to feel a certain way. After you listen to this meditation, I encourage you to write down how you are feeling today.
