This guided meditation practice invites you into the miracle of the breath. With the natural flow of our breathing we continuously receive what we need on each inhale to sustain and replenish our entire being, and on each exhale we release what no longer serves us. Breathing with a consciousness of receiving and releasing brings intentionality and gratitude for each breath. This extended version of the practice uses the example of receiving "freedom" on the inhale.
