Safety is not just a condition. It is a state of being. It is the feeling that your needs are met, That you are held, And that you are okay. And for many people, This is where manifestation begins. Because when you feel unsafe, Your body is in survival. It is focused on holding, On protecting, On making sure there is enough. And from that place, It becomes difficult to expand, To receive, To trust. So when you begin to feel safe, Everything changes. Your nervous system softens, Your body opens. You are no longer gripping life, You are allowing it. Safety can be created through grounding into your body, Through connecting to the earth, Through calling your energy back to you, Through breathing deeply and slowly, Through reminding yourself that in this moment you are okay. And as that safety builds, So does your capacity to hold more, To receive more, To become more. Expansion does not come from force, It comes from safety.
