Manifestation Meditation for manifesting acceptance into your life. We start by settling the mind and body and then creating your ASK to the Universe. You then will visualize exactly what it feels like to receive your ASK from the Universe. The final step is to let go and trust that it is all coming to you in its own divine timing.

Transcript

This meditation is going to help you bring more acceptance into your life.

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Something that you can be relaxed in without using a lot of effort and that your spine can be straight.

You may choose to be seated or lay down with your spine in a straight line.

Bring your attention first to your body.

Feel where it touches the ground.

Let your body surrender and be held by the ground,

Chair or bed beneath you.

Take a deep breath into your entire body.

And on the exhale,

Feel yourself surrender slightly deeper.

Now come to your breath.

We will begin with two clearing breaths.

Start by taking a deep inhale through the nose and a heavy exhale out of the mouth.

Do that one more time,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling anything that needs to be let go.

Now bring your attention to your natural breath.

Stay here for a moment observing your breath.

Now bring your attention to the rise and fall of your belly.

Feel your belly expand as you inhale and the air fills up your belly.

Keep your attention here as you exhale and the belly contracts as the air moves out.

If it helps,

You can place your hands on your belly.

As you inhale,

Imagine that you are breathing in love to your belly space.

As you exhale,

Feel a sense of surrender and gratitude as you let the air leave your body.

Stay here,

Breathing in love on the inhale and exhaling gratitude.

Come back to your breath,

In and out through the nose.

You will inhale for a count of four,

Pause at the top and exhale for a count of seven.

Let's start.

Inhaling for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Hold.

Exhale.
