Hello,
My name is Shelby Moon,
And it is my honor to lead you through this meditation connecting the inner queen with your inner child.
So find a place that you can fully surrender and connect in words for our time together.
This may be lying down or sitting up with your spine straight,
But somewhere that you don't have to use any effort and you can just fully relax and grow heavy.
We'll soften the eyes here,
Or if it's safe and comfortable to do so,
Fully closing them.
Bringing your attention to your breath,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Filling up the chest,
And then exhaling out the mouth.
One more deep cleansing breath,
Inhaling through the nose,
Bringing in that nourishing oxygen into every cell of your being,
And then on the exhale,
Letting it all go.
Bringing your attention to your normal rhythm in and out through the nose.
We're going to practice some four-part breathing here.
I'll lead you through it.
We'll inhale for four,
Hold for four,
Exhale for four,
Hold for four at the bottom,
And then repeat.
So taking a cleansing breath together in and out,
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Inhale to begin,
Inhale,

And inhaling to your normal breath.
Just allow yourself to feel whatever has been stirred up through the breath within you right now.
We'll do a little bit of a body scan,
Starting with the tips of your toes.
You can give them a wiggle if you'd like,
Or just bringing your attention to that place.
Just noticing the sensations here,
And then allowing them to soften,
Allowing the bottom of your feet to soften,
Your entire feet,
Tops,
Bottoms,
Ankles,
Toes,
All growing heavy here.
Letting your attention come to the front of your shins,
Wrapping around your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
The fronts and backs of your thighs,
Letting both legs grow heavy,
Breathing into the belly and allowing it to soften,
Bringing your attention to your hip bones,
Your pelvis area,
Letting this place soften,
Connecting with the womb center,
Letting it grow heavy,
Allowing it to soften,
Letting your attention come to your lower back,
Your upper back,
Your chest,
Your heart space,
Letting everything grow soft,
Bringing the attention to your shoulders next,
Allowing them to drop away from your ears,
Following that attention down both arms,
Pausing in the palms of your hands for a moment,
Feeling if there's any special attention,
Special energy happening here,
And just witnessing it,
Bringing curiosity to your body,
Coming to the neck,
Softening the space,
Unclenching the jaw,
Softening the cheeks,
The eyelids,
The forehead,
The back of the head,
The top of the head,
Taking a breath into your entire body,
Letting everything go on the exhale,
Taking another breath into your entire body,
And letting your organs and everything internally soften on the exhale.
Next,
I want you to imagine that you're breathing in this loving,
Green,
Earthy energy from the earth below you,
And I want you to imagine that you're breathing in as you inhale,
It comes up,
Making its way through your feet,
Through your legs,
Into your womb space,
Letting it circulate here and exhale as it flows back into earth.
Another deep breath in,
This time it goes even further into your heart space,
And on the exhale,
It just circulates through your body.
One more,
Breathing in that loving mother earth energy all the way up to your third eye,
To your crown,
Your entire being,
Physical being,
Is filled with this loving,
Green earth energy.
As you exhale,
It just swirls about.
Take a moment here to breathe,
And as you breathe,
This green energy just swirls throughout your entire being.
What does it feel like?
How does this presence of mother earth feel in your body?
This loving mother earth,
She fills your womb space,
The creator of life.
Where all creation comes from.
She fills your heart space where the ability to nurture and love others is born.
Through her loving energy,
You embody the sacred feminine and care for the world around you.
Now,
I want you to imagine that you are sitting in a garden.
Maybe it's a garden that you've been to before or somewhere new that you've created in your mind's eye.
And all around you,
There are trees and plants and flowers.
The most vibrant colors.
The sun is shining above you,
And you feel the warmth of her rays as they hit your skin.
Take in this beauty of mother earth.
Take in the fullness of this moment of everything being in full blossom.
Recognizing that you are just a part of this garden as the plants that surround you.
You are just as much a part of mother earth as the trees that bellow above you.
Feel the sense of inner harmony.
You have the queen archetype within you.
She is what connects you to the earth.
She is what allows you to bring such deep love and connection to those in your life,
To yourself.
And she's within you even when you don't always feel her.
She's there.
She's ready to be ignited and to radiate her love and her creative energies out into the world.
Allow yourself to tap into the energy of your inner queen.
How it feels to be so full with love that it pours out.
That swirling green is still in your womb space,
In your heart space,
And it's swirling throughout your whole body.
And because it's lifting you up,
Filling you up so much,
It's starting to pour outwards.
It's starting to give life to the plants around you,
Adding even more vibrancy to the garden.
The heat of the sun reminds you that it's safe to simply be,
To just soak in this moment,
To feel content by your own self love.
Rest in the energies of queen.
You see a path in this garden and you make your way down it really slowly,
Taking in all the beauty that's around you,
Allowing yourself to really feel gratitude that you get to be alive,
That you get to witness this,
That you get to be a part of this creation,
Knowing that you play a beautiful role in bringing this beauty to the world.
And as you make your way down this path,
You see a stream.
It's a beautiful little creek with trees hanging over it.
And there's a couple logs on the side of the creek for sitting on.
And you notice a child there.
You inhale,
You exhale,
And you instantly know that this is your inner child.
She may be any age and she may be feeling any way.
So take a moment to approach her.
How old is she?
What is her demeanor?
Is she happy to be at the creek?
Is there some sadness in her eyes?
Is she ready to play?
Is she feeling angry?
How is your inner child feeling at this moment?
Respecting that she gets to have a spectrum of emotions just like the rest of us.
Ask her if it's all right that you sit down next to her.
And ask her how she's doing right now and be open to listening.
Ask her what she would like to do at this moment.
Is there anything she wants to show you?
Is there anything she wants to tell you?
Is there anything she needs from you?
And be willing to give her your full presence and listen to what she needs in this moment.
Allow your inner queen to bring that knowledge to the rest of your life.
Allow your inner queen to bring that nurturing,
Loving,
Full presence to her.
Take in support from the earth around you,
The dirt beneath your toes,
The log that you're sitting on,
The stream in front of you,
The trees that you're breathing in.
Allow your senses to be activated as you support your inner child in whatever way she needs right now.
Be willing to give her the love and support that she might've been missing.
And let her lead the way.
Maybe she wants to make a flower crown with you.
Maybe she wants to splash around in the water.
Maybe she wants a hug.
Maybe she wants to cry.
Maybe she wants some space and to just have you sit there with her in silence.
Take a moment to be willing to meet her where she's at and support her in a way that only you can.
Allow yourself to experience the feelings associated with her innocence,
Her child-likeness,
The energy that only a child brings,
How precious she is.
Allow yourself to feel the love that you have for her.
Feel it overflowing.
Let that green,
Loving energy that's swirling within you be sent to her if she's open to receiving that love.
And as you prepare to leave,
Letting her know that you're always going to be there for her,
That even when no one else is,
That you are going to always come back.
You are always going to have her back and you are always going to support her.
Apologize to her for maybe not being there for her enough yet and let her know that you're with her as you move forward.
And if she's open to it,
Maybe giving her an embrace.
Promising that you'll be back soon to connect with her again that when she has big emotions,
That you will be there to witness them and that she is safe to feel them.
Giving her a warm,
Deep hug or another way of embracing her to say goodbye.
And leaving her at the creek,
Slowly making your way back down the path.
Feeling even more love in your heart,
Knowing that that little inner child is a part of you and that sometimes her big emotions get activated within you but that your inner queen can always meet them with love,
Nurturing,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Grace.
And that just like the heat of the summer and the fullness of the garden,
It is okay to simply be with whatever is present.
It is okay to slow down and just feel and just witness how beautiful life is.
And coming back to where you began in the garden,
Letting the heat of the sun once more warm up your skin.
And when you're ready,
Bringing your awareness gently back to the room that you're in,
Feeling love and peace for all those in your life,
All the connections that you get to have.
Thanking yourself for doing this deep healing work,
For giving love to that little child within you,
For letting her be seen and allowing her to take up some space.
Take this love,
This nurturing energy with you throughout your day and return to this meditation anytime that you are ready to connect with that little you.
