Finding a comfortable position either sitting down or laying down on your bed.
With this meditation we are aligning ourselves to the vibration of abundance.
So just start by dropping your shoulders down,
Releasing any tension in your jaw,
In your face.
And just exhale out any stress,
Any worries,
Any tension that you've been carrying around today.
Just sigh it all out.
Just taking a few natural breaths,
Finding your inhale and exhale.
And now asking yourself,
If you were abundant already,
How would you feel?
What emotions would you feel at your heart center?
Would you feel excited,
Grateful,
Expansive,
Free?
So just starting to feel those emotions at your heart center.
Like you are abundant already.
And just hold those emotions at your heart center.
Feeling abundant,
Feeling free,
Feeling grateful.
In order to align ourselves with the vibration of abundance,
We have to step into feeling abundant in the now.
And as you feel abundance at your heart center,
You can say in your mind,
Thank you for bringing me abundance.
Thank you for bringing me freedom.
Thank you for bringing me love and fulfillment.
And as you say these things,
You want to continue feeling those emotions at your heart center.
Feeling abundant in the now.
Feeling free in the now.
Feeling grateful in the now.
And you can visualize yourself maybe dancing on top of a mountain,
Dancing free on a beach.
Whatever abundance and freedom looks like to you.
And as you visualize that,
You can say thank you for bringing me abundance.
Thank you for bringing me freedom.
Thank you for bringing me love.
And as you continue to feel gratitude at your heart center,
Feeling gratitude,
Feeling joy,
Feeling excitement.
And taking a few breaths of loving energy in,
Breathing love into your heart center.
Just coming back to your natural breath whenever you're ready.
And then opening your eyes,
Coming back into the room.
